I paid 50K for 3 days & 2nights for 3star hotel rooms. But we were provided by a simple cottage in Vagamon on the 2 day stay where there is no gate & security for that cottage. The Heater is not working and one person is managing all the needs for total 8 cottage. The Good thing is the room boy who is very good and satisfying all the needs of the Guest. The Tempo traveler they provided is very worst and the driver is an acting driver who is driving uber in the city. He don't they route to reach the destination and using google map to reach all the places. The seats are worst and no pickup when we use AC. the van didn't start several times and we (guest) pushed the van for many times to start the van and we wasted arounf 4 hrs in that.Day 3 we didn't see any thing and we spent all the day by travelling and reaching the railway station.

Company has collected amount of 5750 as a advance for booking for a trip. Due to the bad climate condition and flight cancellation I have cancelled my trip to kerela. This trip was specially planned for honeymoon, but when I am asking for cancellation and refund the company is rejecting. The customer service is talking in a odd way and disgusting manner. They want me to postpone my trip though they cannot refund my money. The customer care lady named Priyanka is speaking in a careless and disgusting way. This company is taking advantage of the situation at kerela and they are filling there pockets by cheating customers which is not at all acceptable.
