Go-Mechanic Kolkata and their team have damaged the steering system of my car Etios V and not repairing it till date even after 2months. The car was first given to Go mechanic for renewal of all 4 shock absorbers and repair of front bumper in 1st week of July 2022. Go mechanic then assigned Mr.Soumya Ghosh as the service buddy for my car. This person chose a workshop which was 15kms away from my residence but there were many authorised workshops with 1km from my house. The car had no steering problems at all. I was against any repair work to be done on the steering system. In spite of that they opened the steering system and did some welding and lathe work on the steering rack. After the car was delivered the steering was so hard that it could hardly turn. Even when I forcefully turn the steering it would not come back to middle. There were instances when at turns the steering would not return and was about to meet an accident. I was totally panicked and afraid to even take the car out.
When I told him about the problem he convinced me by saying that it would ease up after driving for few kilometers. Even after driving for a month the steering did not loosen whereas it became more hard and would not turn. There were instances that I had missed accidents by a whisker. The car was again taken to the same workshop and kept there was more than a week but without any improvement. Every time they would take my car and consume all the fuel and bring back in same condition. I have raised this issue numerous times in the go mechanic app through chat messages. This issue was twice escalated and Ms.Jhanvi Rajpoot was assigned as escalation manager but to my surprise the escalation was closed without solving the problem. Later some Mr.Manoj called me 2weeks before and gave false promises and a lecture on escalation process. Later even he vanished from the scene. Presently my car is still in one of Go mechanic workshop. Every time I send the car with half the tank full of fuel and it comes back empty. Go mechanic buddies are on money making racket and are hand in glove with the workshops. They cheat the customers by assigning a workshop which is far from the customers house so that the customers physically be present and later force upon them with a list of jobs which are not required at all. The quality of the workshops are of least grade and competence of the mechanics are worst.
Also to mention that in between some Mr.Suvankar came into picture who called himself as the manager of Kolkata and gave false and farse talk. Later he also vanished from the scene.

Presently, my car is at Go-mechanic workshop “Mondal Udyog” in Kolkata. Was picked up on 29.08.2022 and promised to be delivered on 31.08.2022. Today it’s 09.09.2022 and it has not been delivered yet. The fuel tank was 50% full when it was picked up. Last Tuesday I was asked to come for test drive. The steering problem was not resolved, it was same as it is but the fuel tank got empty. Is seems that my car is being used for personal use. I found chocolate and wafer wrappers inside the car.
This is a formal complaint against Go-Mechanic and team. If my car is not delivered in original condition by this weekend then I am going to involve the law and lodge a complaint in consumer court. I shall if required involve the media as well.
Hope you understand my situation and will act accordingly.
It is ridiculous that a simple repair job was completely messed up and made my car non drivable for 2months.
I am surprised by the easy going attitude of Go mechanic. No one cares to call and respond to customers complaint. Moreover everyone is trying to hide away from their responsibilities.

I took the car service from your so called fraud company on 22 April and that time also I raised some issues related to washing and small eye catcher issues but it was not that big issues.

But one week before I found my car AC stopped working for which you charged with me even I thought I will not go again but yesterday it was height of my limits even you people did not replaced my engine oil and you charged near about 3000 rs for that my car is showing indication of no engine oil and when I checked personally I found nothing.

There is a level of theft same on you people my car is not working definitely I ll go to consumer court social media I have attached my invoice for your reference.

These guys are the biggest fraud. Never do service with them. I had order id[protected] done with them. When they delivered the petrol tank was almost empty when I had more than 50% tank. They charge 600 for o-ring thinking customers are fools when their website mentioned 66rs for that tiny item. Even with miles membership the service guy tried to cheat and get full amount. I showed him Gomechanic whatsapp message showing discount amount and then only he re-sent a new invoice. Highly unprofessional .. I am going to escalate this issue.

Vehicle repaired for dent and bumber scratch paid 7080 additional member miles fees rs 1450 + 100 rs but additional go mechanic have intentionally scratch the body of car overall which is clearly visible... Before pickup they have took the clear photo from all corner while delivery it noticed overall scratch on car from all corner,

I contacted Go mechanic for the first time on 10th of July 2022 for the inspection of a second hand car a mechanic came he took a test drive of my car and said there is no need to do anything your car is perfectly fine, and shared a memo. A week later I met a small accident which affected the bonet and the headlight of my car, I contacted the same people for the assistance they said we will do the needful, please bring the car to garage I did the same. I asked them to inspect again if everything was ok the car as it was a second hand product, this time when they inspected they said there are some major issues the suspension and sterring rack these things need to be changed and handed over a bill of ₹70, 000.00 which I paid. But after I brought the car back to my home I noticed headlight was not working the way it should have worked sensors of the car was not working properly steering Was getting locked every morning. These problems never existed before it started after the car was brought back from one of the GoMechanic workshop in Kolkata. Then I raised a query on Twitter and asked for help they said bring your car to one of our other workshop I did the same. But this new workshop guys said we will not be able to help you with this. I got OBD installed in my car on 13 July 22, and its not working since day 1. I have been writing to them multiple times but not getting any positive response. Very poor after service response of GoMechanic.

On June 30 I booked a service in GoMechanic from Hyderabad but I received a call from Chattisgarh mechanic but not a mechanic from Hyderabad. Too much time later a Hyderabad shed was assigned and those irresponsible people never called me. I myself has to call them and they said that they can’t provide me with the service. I paid through walnut369 pay later service (and paid first emi already for mandate registration) but cancelled the order the same day. GoMechanic did not initiate a refund and walnut369 billed me for second emi. I had to keep initiating chat support of GoMechanic for refund and they tell that they have escalated the issue and I would receive a refund. But they kept my order was work in progress and initiated only Rs 2069 as a refund when I paid Rs 5196 through walnut369. Even on July 19 the status hasn’t changed and I still haven’t received any refund. They keep stalling me and ask for 24-48 hours of time each time I contact GoMechanic.

My car service 18 Jun 2022 my service is very very bad and mu car had lights duplicate

I have the worst experience with Gomechanic Services.
I gave my car for service through gomechanic around 30th April 2021 and it is still not repaired and completely damaged my car. and had the worst experience with the dent and paint job through the mechanic. Which started to fade in a few days and started taking off the pants, many lines started appearing.
My car only had self start problem. After this, he kept on making bills by telling different problems in the car. Engine started making a lot of noise after self start work then it reported timing chain problem and these guys replaced timing chain. Even after this, a loud noise started coming from the engine and black smoke started coming out of the silencer
These people said that the work of the head of the engine will have to be done. But even after doing engine head work, the problem was not solved. Then he said that once more head work would be done but even after that the problem was not solved. Then he started work by telling the work of HLA but even after that the problem was not solved..After this they changed the head gas kit. they changed fan belt and belt adjustor. they Changed injector overhaul.
To solve a small problem the mechanic made a very expensive bill( almost 80 thousand) and took the payment from me, while the car problem is still not solved for almost 11 months. they totally spoiled my car।
Some parts were replaced saying that since the car has been parked here for so many months, it got damaged or got damaged while the mechanic is working, whatever they will charge

I have booked service with Gomachanic for my new tata harrier, I have booked service is PPF installation, they told me on the first call they will install 3M PPF with 1MM with Self-Healing Properties. ( Warranty 3 Years for Yellowness and 5 Years for PPF).

They Delivered me on 8th Feb 2022, after one week I have faced PPF is removing from corners, they called me please come to the workshop we will fix this, I have gone to the workshop and they fixed that for now but after 2 days I have faced the same issue. I have re-complaint on Gomachanic They told me we don't have any solution for this. and there is no self-healing.

They used a Local type of PPF so that's why I am facing this problem day by day, so I have spent 80k on this but I have to face this problem day by day. I am very unsatisfied with Gomachanic.

I had given my Skoda Fabia car for service with GoMechanic on 07-Jan-2022. At the end of day 1 they said service is not completed because the car is not starting and asked me to bring another set of Keys. They took 4 days to start the Car and return back after servicing.
When I checked on the service center, it was not well equipped to handle complex European cars like Skoda Fabia.
After a month o[censored]sing the car I can see reduced performance and continuously Car shows "Check Engine Light" and "Defect Glow plug system" lights on the dashboard.
Even after raising escalation with GoMechanic they are not responding to take any action against service engineer or service center.
Nor I am getting any help to fix these warning lights.

I have handed over my Creta car - HR51BP2573 to gomechanic RD Autolinks Panchkula (Haryana) on 21st December 2021 for accidental repair. I was assigned Mr Parveen Kumar, [protected], for my gomechanic car repair. He initially told me that my car will be ready in 15~20 days. After 20 days of receiving no update from gomechanic end, I rigorously started following him for my car update, to which he rarely attended my calls or updated me about my car status, just on some days asking me more time for car spare parts. Finally after 45 days, I lost my temper and asked them to justify the delay and even registered a complaint with their customer care over phone, asking them to give me a concrete deadline by when I can expect my car back, to which he firmly gave me 22 Feb 2022 deadline, considering its already 2 month since I initially handed them my car.

Today 22 Feb 2022, he again didn't pick my calls and when I called their branch office, some guy said that it will still take at least one more week for the car to be ready. Now I don't believe these guys anymore and I have lost all faith in this company and would request you to look into the matter ASAP and return my car, and carry an investigation on this unduly delayed in my car repair, failing to do so I have no resort left then to take legal action against it.

I gave my car for servicing on 9Feb 2022, they delayed by 1 day.

I had asked them to check the one of the car suspensions. When they gave the car back there was a weird squeaky noise coming from all 4 suspensions.

I called them to fix it but they only responded after 3 hours.

I want my 12000 back since now I have to get the shock absorbers fixed.

I purchased a new Amaron Flo car (Hyundai Accent) battery from Gomechanic worth Rs 4300. The battery was faulty and was discharged within 2-3 days of installation. Now the car was jump started as battery was faulty. The Amaron battery is having 55 months warranty but this Gomechanic is not replacing my car battery.

I would like to bring to your kind notice. The experience and very worst service of gomechanic. On 24/12/21 I call on your customer care number to enquire the availability & charges of Ignition coil & fan motor for my Tata Manza car.Your executive informed me that one Abrar named person from Abhignya motors will call me and provide the details. He also requested me that am I willing for any service. I said yes if I can get that required parts i will also proceed for service. Than your executive informed me to book a service by paying Rs.100 online thereafter you can go for comprehensive service. I made a payment. Thereafter I received a call from Abrar of Abhignya Motors, I asked him to provide the details & charges for Ignition coil & fan motor, he said will inform you once the car visit to our workshop and also informed that he cannot arrange to pickup the vehicle and asked me to bring the car to Abhignya motors service centre. Even though I agreed and went, further I also spoke to Manager about the parts he said yes it is available. Thereafter he started the inspection and after one hour he said we cannot deliver your vehicle by today and requested to take the delivery on 25/12/21. I agreed and coordinated with them by instructing them clearly about the parts and some other small work like, one back tail light is not working, noise is coming in AC, if required I am ready for AC service and as well I also enquired about tyres which was also my car requirements. But manager Clearly informed me to go & buy it from tyre shop. I left and requested to do the other needful. I never bothered about the charges, my only requirement is to keep up my car in top condition. 1:00 pm I left the car, Abrar informed me he will update the status. Till 8:00 pm I have not received any response from him. Then I called him, he said work is in progress I will update. Again No response till next day 2:00 pm i, e. 25/12/21.I again called him and said what happened he said me to bring that Ignition coils from outside merchants and they will install. I said if that was the issue why I used to prefer this app. And at the end of the time when I was asking him about the delivery of car he is saying me that. From yesterday to till delivery time they are not at all bothered for the parts, AC work. Finally I come to understand that the service is totally worst. I informed him to bring my car. When I received the car, I observed that the purpose for which I have given the vehicle is not at all sorted out, the basic service is done, car washing, oil, filters, change etc etc. They even not rectify the tail light. When I opened the front banut of car I observed the total box of air filter is opened they even not fitted the screws properly (photo attached). I said what kind of worst work you people are doing than after one hour he brought the screws and fitted it. I totally fed up with the service and paid the amount which he raised.
This is not my first experience with gomechanic. Already I have given my earlier cars Maruti SX4, and Honda Civic. I already faced a issue with civic but your manager called me and requested that it will not repeat. But now this experience opened my eyes and now onwards I will never prefer gomechanic app and suggest others to quit.

As Per Term Given On Website.
And The Lockdown Started Around 15th April. So GoMechanic Have No Right To Say That The Delay Was Coz Of Lockdown.

My Car Work Was Taken After 18 Or 20 April.
So If GoMec Lay Any Parking Charges Then They Would Have To Pay My Loss Of Time,

Secondly They Are Not Able To Prove Me That They Had Used DuPont Paint As Per Contract. That’s Why I Am Doubtful For Colour Used Might Be Third Class Quality,
That’s Why Again And Again Problem Are Occurring ( Worst Part Is Colour Crack And Colour Bubble )

Even Prashant Shetty Had Said That Yes There Are Problems With Work Done.
Even Rakesh Ji Had Visited Workshop And Had Seen The Problem, Even I Had Shared The Photos Of The Same With Him, But The Person Above Rakesh Ji Is Very Arrogant And Had Talked To Me Very Rude Way Never Try To Understand The Problem.

And He Is Frightening Me That Is Anything Happens To Car Then They Won’t Be Responsible And Said That He Would Lay Parking Charges For The Same, Even Around 2 Month Work Is Not Done Properly, Then How I Can Pay For This Unsatisfactory Work.

After Addressing My Problem, Rakesh Ji And His Team Had Offered Me To Change The Workshop (Yesterday)
But They Kept The Clause That I Have To Pay All Payment In Advance ( Even After Sum Talk I Had Agreed For That Also But I Had Asked To Give Me All In Writing That
(Vehicle Should Be Delivered In Given Time.
No Dents Should Be Visible,
No Pinholes Should Be There,
No Colour Rundown Or Thick Layer Should Be Visible.
No Bubbles.
And No Colour Removal )

Even They Agreed For Same To Give In Email.
But After 2-3 Hr They Denied To Provide Any Email .

And Now They Are Forcing Me To Do Touch Up Work In Same Workshop.

My Point Is When I Had Given My Full Car For Repaint Then Why Would I Agree For Touch Up As The Error Occurred Time To Time When The Vehicle Was Still In Workshop.

Again Yesterday I Had Said Not To Work On This Car In Same Workshop, Today I Found They Doing Touch Up Work To Hide Problems.

Please check emails I sent to go mechanic for their fraud but no response is being provided by them

I have decided already to put a big poster on my car against that don't go to go mechanic as they are theifs, so if you don't justify your this conduct and take appropriate remedial action then be ready for negative publicity.

Good day Sir/Ma'am,
I am from Chennai. I ordered for battery renewal through GoMechanic.com for my car.

Their website quoted 16500/- but new battery purchase through official Amaron approved website is only 10750/- MRP with 66 months warranty but they have given only 48 months in invoice. Also its available with discount for 9500/- without old battery exchange and 8100/- with old battery exchange.
I bargained to reduce the invoice amount to 10700/- which they were not willing to and finally agreed when a con-call was made with battery dealer as he said 10700 MRP.

They took my old battery without my permission and not returning back.

I see this as stealing and selling a product more than MRP.

He has deleted his chat to save his face.

I have all voice recordings and screenshots of conversation for proof with GoMechanic salesman.

I had given my car wagonr #up16k7817 for denting and painting work to their workshop at plot no.29, ecotech 12, industrial area, (Noida extension), greater noida, uttar pradesh 201009 vide job card number 37902, dated 28/09/19 (Copy attached).
When the same was delivered on 03/10/19 to me, i checked it superficially, trusting the reputed brand name.
However, day before yesterday night, my tyre got punctured, but when i took out my stepney, i was shocked to find it replaced by a badly damaged tyre, instead of my original one. My car never went to any other mechanic, or left unattended anywhere since it came back from your workshop.
Next day i reported the matter to mr. Rahul, the manager of workshop at #[protected], who never reverted back. Pics of damaged tyre and job card are attached.

By looking their fancy website i decided to go for servicing of my fiat punto car.
I told the serviceman about the problems of my car. He assured me that it will be surly resolved at minimum cost.
But after 2-3 hours they called me and told me about different problems which should also be addressed, by believing them i asked to concetrate on my problems.
They assured me to handover my car within 2 days and are having all the spares with them.
But to my surprise after 2-3 days they started giving fake problems about not having materials this and that.
They did not resolved any problems but they have incerased my problem by upsetting my door. Now there is a heavy leakage from the door having water in my car now.
They are now not at all responding to my problems.
They are really cheaters and rascals.
Don't hand over your car to them if you want to save your money,,,, else you will pay more than authorized service station.
