    On June 30 I booked a service in GoMechanic from Hyderabad but I received a call from Chattisgarh mechanic but not a mechanic from Hyderabad. Too much time later a Hyderabad shed was assigned and those irresponsible people never called me. I myself has to call them and they said that they can’t provide me with the service. I paid through walnut369 pay later service (and paid first emi already for mandate registration) but cancelled the order the same day. GoMechanic did not initiate a refund and walnut369 billed me for second emi. I had to keep initiating chat support of GoMechanic for refund and they tell that they have escalated the issue and I would receive a refund. But they kept my order was work in progress and initiated only Rs 2069 as a refund when I paid Rs 5196 through walnut369. Even on July 19 the status hasn’t changed and I still haven’t received any refund. They keep stalling me and ask for 24-48 hours of time each time I contact GoMechanic.

        Insulting and troublesome experience with Gomechanic by damaging my car

        Hi there,

        I got my AC compressor changed by gomechanic a month back, and after the replacement my car started showing anomalies of engine check light on, eco meter not working, roof light not working and majorly, my clutch handle was making a lot of electrical noise.

        I contacted my service buddy, and he took my car two more times and I had to bear my own fuel cost for the pickup and drop after the work was done...

          I have the worst experience with Gomechanic Services.
          I gave my car for service through gomechanic around 30th April 2021 and it is still not repaired and completely damaged my car. and had the worst experience with the dent and paint job through the mechanic. Which started to fade in a few days and started taking off the pants, many lines started appearing.
          My car only had self start problem. After this, he kept on making bills by telling different problems in the car. Engine started making a lot of noise after self start work then it reported timing chain problem and these guys replaced timing chain. Even after this, a loud noise started coming from the engine and black smoke started coming out of the silencer
          These people said that the work of the head of the engine will have to be done. But even after doing engine head work, the problem was not solved. Then he said that once more head work would be done but even after that the problem was not solved. Then he started work by telling the work of HLA but even after that the problem was not solved..After this they changed the head gas kit. they changed fan belt and belt adjustor. they Changed injector overhaul.
          To solve a small problem the mechanic made a very expensive bill( almost 80 thousand) and took the payment from me, while the car problem is still not solved for almost 11 months. they totally spoiled my car।
          Some parts were replaced saying that since the car has been parked here for so many months, it got damaged or got damaged while the mechanic is working, whatever they will charge

            Regarding PPF Installation Fraud

            I have booked service with Gomachanic for my new tata harrier, I have booked service is PPF installation, they told me on the first call they will install 3M PPF with 1MM with Self-Healing Properties. ( Warranty 3 Years for Yellowness and 5 Years for PPF).

            Bad car servicing - Car performance reduced

            I had given my Skoda Fabia car for service with GoMechanic on 07-Jan-2022. At the end of day 1 they said service is not completed because the car is not starting and asked me to bring another set of Keys. They took 4 days to start the Car and return back after servicing.
            When I checked on the service center, it was not well equipped to handle complex European cars like Skoda Fabia.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I have handed over my Creta car - HR51BP2573 to gomechanic RD Autolinks Panchkula (Haryana) on 21st December 2021 for accidental repair. I was assigned Mr Parveen Kumar, [protected], for my gomechanic car repair. He initially told me that my car will be ready in 15~20 days. After 20 days of receiving no update from gomechanic end, I rigorously started following him for my car update, to which he rarely attended my calls or updated me about my car status, just on some days asking me more time for car spare parts. Finally after 45 days, I lost my temper and asked them to justify the delay and even registered a complaint with their customer care over phone, asking them to give me a concrete deadline by when I can expect my car back, to which he firmly gave me 22 Feb 2022 deadline, considering its already 2 month since I initially handed them my car.

            Today 22 Feb 2022, he again didn't pick my calls and when I called their branch office, some guy said that it will still take at least one more week for the car to be ready. Now I don't believe these guys anymore and I have lost all faith in this company and would request you to look into the matter ASAP and return my car, and carry an investigation on this unduly delayed in my car repair, failing to do so I have no resort left then to take legal action against it.

              I gave my car for servicing on 9Feb 2022, they delayed by 1 day.

              I had asked them to check the one of the car suspensions. When they gave the car back there was a weird squeaky noise coming from all 4 suspensions.

              I called them to fix it but they only responded after 3 hours.

              I want my 12000 back since now I have to get the shock absorbers fixed.

                I purchased a new Amaron Flo car (Hyundai Accent) battery from Gomechanic worth Rs 4300. The battery was faulty and was discharged within 2-3 days of installation. Now the car was jump started as battery was faulty. The Amaron battery is having 55 months warranty but this Gomechanic is not replacing my car battery.

                  Dear Concerned
                  I would like to bring to your kind notice. The experience and very worst service of gomechanic. On 24/12/21 I call on your customer care number to enquire the availability & charges of Ignition coil & fan motor for my Tata Manza car.Your executive informed me that one Abrar named person from Abhignya motors will call me and provide the details. He also requested me that am I willing for any service. I said yes if I can get that required parts i will also proceed for service. Than your executive informed me to book a service by paying Rs.100 online thereafter you can go for comprehensive service. I made a payment. Thereafter I received a call from Abrar of Abhignya Motors, I asked him to provide the details & charges for Ignition coil & fan motor, he said will inform you once the car visit to our workshop and also informed that he cannot arrange to pickup the vehicle and asked me to bring the car to Abhignya motors service centre. Even though I agreed and went, further I also spoke to Manager about the parts he said yes it is available. Thereafter he started the inspection and after one hour he said we cannot deliver your vehicle by today and requested to take the delivery on 25/12/21. I agreed and coordinated with them by instructing them clearly about the parts and some other small work like, one back tail light is not working, noise is coming in AC, if required I am ready for AC service and as well I also enquired about tyres which was also my car requirements. But manager Clearly informed me to go & buy it from tyre shop. I left and requested to do the other needful. I never bothered about the charges, my only requirement is to keep up my car in top condition. 1:00 pm I left the car, Abrar informed me he will update the status. Till 8:00 pm I have not received any response from him. Then I called him, he said work is in progress I will update. Again No response till next day 2:00 pm i, e. 25/12/21.I again called him and said what happened he said me to bring that Ignition coils from outside merchants and they will install. I said if that was the issue why I used to prefer this app. And at the end of the time when I was asking him about the delivery of car he is saying me that. From yesterday to till delivery time they are not at all bothered for the parts, AC work. Finally I come to understand that the service is totally worst. I informed him to bring my car. When I received the car, I observed that the purpose for which I have given the vehicle is not at all sorted out, the basic service is done, car washing, oil, filters, change etc etc. They even not rectify the tail light. When I opened the front banut of car I observed the total box of air filter is opened they even not fitted the screws properly (photo attached). I said what kind of worst work you people are doing than after one hour he brought the screws and fitted it. I totally fed up with the service and paid the amount which he raised.
                  This is not my first experience with gomechanic. Already I have given my earlier cars Maruti SX4, and Honda Civic. I already faced a issue with civic but your manager called me and requested that it will not repeat. But now this experience opened my eyes and now onwards I will never prefer gomechanic app and suggest others to quit.

                    As Per Gomechanic Term The Car Should Be Delivered Within 8 Days,
                    As Per Term Given On Website.
                    And The Lockdown Started Around 15th April. So GoMechanic Have No Right To Say That The Delay Was Coz Of Lockdown.

                    My Car Work Was Taken After 18 Or 20 April.
                    So If GoMec Lay Any Parking Charges Then They Would Have To Pay My Loss Of Time,

                    Secondly They Are Not Able To Prove Me That They Had Used DuPont Paint As Per Contract. That’s Why I Am Doubtful For Colour Used Might Be Third Class Quality,
                    That’s Why Again And Again Problem Are Occurring ( Worst Part Is Colour Crack And Colour Bubble )

                    Even Prashant Shetty Had Said That Yes There Are Problems With Work Done.
                    Even Rakesh Ji Had Visited Workshop And Had Seen The Problem, Even I Had Shared The Photos Of The Same With Him, But The Person Above Rakesh Ji Is Very Arrogant And Had Talked To Me Very Rude Way Never Try To Understand The Problem.

                    And He Is Frightening Me That Is Anything Happens To Car Then They Won’t Be Responsible And Said That He Would Lay Parking Charges For The Same, Even Around 2 Month Work Is Not Done Properly, Then How I Can Pay For This Unsatisfactory Work.
                    While Giving Car To GoMechanic ( SS Autotec) Their I Had Found Anand As GoMechanic Executive,
                    While Giving Car I Had Asked 10 Times About The Quality Of Work. He Assured Me Many Time That You Would Get The Work Just Like Showroom Condition, Even You Would Not Able To Notice As It’s Repainted ( After His Word I Had Handed The Vehicle To Service Station )
                    Now The Owner Of That Workshop Is Saying That 23k Me Aasa He Kaam Hota Hai, Why They Had Not Said Same Early B4 Giving The Car, Even When I Had Given My Car ( Battery Of My Car Was Fully Working ) But Now They Said Battery Is Damaged As It’s Old.
                    Even They Had Misplaced My Lots Of Stuff. Just Like Horn, Toolkit, Jack.
                    Even They Had Kept My Car On Flat Tyres Even After Complaint Several Of Time, When Rakesh Ji Visited Workshop After My Request Then He Made Workshop Change My Tyre.
                    After Addressing My Problem, Rakesh Ji And His Team Had Offered Me To Change The Workshop (Yesterday)
                    But They Kept The Clause That I Have To Pay All Payment In Advance ( Even After Sum Talk I Had Agreed For That Also But I Had Asked To Give Me All In Writing That
                    (Vehicle Should Be Delivered In Given Time.
                    No Dents Should Be Visible,
                    No Pinholes Should Be There,
                    No Colour Rundown Or Thick Layer Should Be Visible.
                    No Bubbles.
                    And No Colour Removal )

                    Even They Agreed For Same To Give In Email.
                    But After 2-3 Hr They Denied To Provide Any Email .

                    And Now They Are Forcing Me To Do Touch Up Work In Same Workshop.

                    My Point Is When I Had Given My Full Car For Repaint Then Why Would I Agree For Touch Up As The Error Occurred Time To Time When The Vehicle Was Still In Workshop.

                    Again Yesterday I Had Said Not To Work On This Car In Same Workshop, Today I Found They Doing Touch Up Work To Hide Problems.

                        Good day Sir/Ma'am,
                        I am from Chennai. I ordered for battery renewal through GoMechanic.com for my car.

                        Their website quoted 16500/- but new battery purchase through official Amaron approved website is only 10750/- MRP with 66 months warranty but they have given only 48 months in invoice. Also its available with discount for 9500/- without old battery exchange and 8100/- with old battery exchange.
                        I bargained to reduce the invoice amount to 10700/- which they were not willing to and finally agreed when a con-call was made with battery dealer as he said 10700 MRP.

                        They took my old battery without my permission and not returning back.

                        I see this as stealing and selling a product more than MRP.

                        He has deleted his chat to save his face.

                        I have all voice recordings and screenshots of conversation for proof with GoMechanic salesman.

                          By looking their fancy website i decided to go for servicing of my fiat punto car.
                          I told the serviceman about the problems of my car. He assured me that it will be surly resolved at minimum cost.
                          But after 2-3 hours they called me and told me about different problems which should also be addressed, by believing them i asked to concetrate on my problems.
                          They assured me to handover my car within 2 days and are having all the spares with them.
                          But to my surprise after 2-3 days they started giving fake problems about not having materials this and that.
                          They did not resolved any problems but they have incerased my problem by upsetting my door. Now there is a heavy leakage from the door having water in my car now.
                          They are now not at all responding to my problems.
                          They are really cheaters and rascals.
                          Don't hand over your car to them if you want to save your money,,,, else you will pay more than authorized service station.
