Household supplies/ furnitures

The person name Sandeep Sharma, has picked up household supplies worth Rs.35, 000 on 9th May 2023. He charged Rs. 15000 for shifting and 10, 000 has already been paid to that person.
But I have not received my belongings till date. And he is not giving any real time update of the utilities after due follow up.

Please help in resolving the same...

Goodwill domestic packers & movers — don't book / very bad service

Please don't prefer goodwill packers & movers for relocation services, very bad service, lost items, no response from packers & no tracking. They provide very less quotation but don't prefer.
They don't have warehouse in bangalore & hyderabad, keep the vehicle @ outskirts & load the house hold items, tied up with supreme packers in hyderabad.

    Worst experience with goodwill domestic packers during unloading at pune: 1. Glass of center table was broken into 2 halfs. It cost me inr 500. 2. Gas stove is missing and not brought to our flat in pune. It cost me inr 1500. 3. Corner legs of side table was broken into pieces 4. Your staff asked for pending payment before they start unloading the goods or else they will not even start unloading the goods from the truck. It seemed they knew something is already broken and misplaced. 5. The staff were illiterate in how to fix the bed with all the screws/bolts provided to them and they left it incomplete saying other screws aren't required. I had to call a carpenter later to fix it again which cost me inr 350. 6. The staff didn't unpack all goods and said that we will keep only wardrobe, bed and other furniture, rest all they can't do. 7. My new bed was chipped off at the sides
    I shifted from Bangalore to vizag, first they said 15000 after packing they informed extra 1300 has to be paid as dock age charge, I told them not to send the goods before the mentioned date, but they forgot that and me in advance before I arrange my house my house. It cost me extra 2500 for me to load d goods goods in some place again shifted from there to my house, they promised to pay that amount for me, but didn't picked my phone, very unprofessional. Don't opt them

      I wanted my bike to be shipped from bangalore to goa. They asked for rs 4500, and n i agreed to send my bike through these guys.
      They took bike well packed from my bangalore address, and guaranteed that it will be shipped within 3 days, but even after 12 days it was not delivered.
      They asked my friend to come 120 km away from goa and pickup the bike. When we reached and saw the condition of bike, we were shocked.
      Bike was unpacked and not at all in the condition to drive.

      Really i need this company to bear all the expenses that we have to pay for bike service.

      Give information about the warranty or guarantee received by you at the time of purchase.
      - Goodwill packers gave the confirmation that bike will be delivered to Goa within 3 days.
      - It was confirmed that it will be door to door delivery.
      - The Bike will be delivered without any damages.


      Give details of the deficiency in the product or service.
      - Bike was not delivered even after 11 days from the day it was picked from Bangalore address.
      - We had to make 100's of calls to the Goodwill packers to ask about the bike whereabouts and delivery information
      - Every time we were told that bike will be delivered within next 24 hours
      - Goodwill packers has partnered with other vendor in Goa, who said he cannot deliver the bike to Goa(Mandovi) address and insisted that we should come and pick the bike
      from Ponda( Which is more than 150 Kms from Mandovi)
      - When owner(we) went to pick the bike from Mandovi, we found the bike packing was totally torn off.
      - Bike was kept in continuous rain and was not at all in the condition to drive back.
      - Bike silencer was broken and we had to drag the bike for 5 kms to get it fixed.

      Give the problems you are facing due to this deficiency.
      - 100's of calls wasted on asking the whereabouts of bike.
      - Due to unavailability of bike, owner had to rent another bike for 6 days to help his family, which was charges huge in Goa.
      - Owner had to rent a car from Mandovi to Ponda ( more than 150 Kms), to pick up the bike but actually it was promised to be delivered door to door.
      - Bike Silencer was broken and bike was kept in rain, which damaged the engine, and owner had to bear all the expenses.
      - Owner of the bike was newly married and had to face multiple difficulties in handling the family as he is much dependent on the bike.

      Give the details about your efforts to inform about this grievance in the past to which the Company has not responded.
      - We have called the company after we picked the bike from Ponda and also asked Company to settle our amount, but company did not respond at all.
