The ambernath-badlapur east to west bridge was repaired a few months ago .. i guess around 3 months back! Now the condition is worst for the same road. There are lots and lots of potholes filled with filthy water. If a preganant lady travels by that road she is surely going to suffer from a heavy miscarriage. I hope they repair it sooner before heavy rain strikes and destroys the rest of road also.

I living in a rental house in tamilnadu . this month i got the CC CHARGE bill from TNEB .this cc charge are done for every years .i heard that this charge is like security deposit . and you will get the money when your house current line is terminated .. so who have to pay the bill. me or my owner ..i dont know correctly .. please suggest me answers ...

My request and complaint is when you approach the police for justice they wont respond in a proper way.
They will take out money from both parties and they will have a nice biriyani and liquor.
When girl raped and approach to police is absolutely waste of time. that cab be deal by your own.


I lost my land in hosur tamil nadu and I just roaming around courts and police for 10 years. No use.

So guys some problems cannot be deal legally that can be deal illegally.
In India if you want justice for simple cases you will have to wait for years and have to spent large money.

with due respect i want to say that i (GURDARSHAN SINGH S/O GURWANT SINGH) has a problem regarding one of the government employee.
i have lost INSURANCE of my SPLENDOR + bike. and after that from where i bought the bike(TYAGI AUTOMOBILES PH. NO-[protected]), they were unable to tell me the NAME OF INSURANCE COMPANY because they have already bonds with 10 COMPANIES,and they don't know from which COMPANY the BIKE IS INSURED.SO, they told me that u have to go IN SAMALKHA S.D.M OFFICE and they will provide you the information about yoUr INSURANCE because they have all the information about all the bikes, as when bikes are issued with RC,all the details regarding BIKE goes to S.D.M OFFICE.

when i went to S.D.M OFFICE(),one of the executive (SUBHASH). when i request him to provide me the information about my file he refused me to provide the information.
after requesting him 10-12 times, he again refuses to provide the information and said DO WHATEVER U CAN DO AND WHATEVER IS IN YOUR HAND.

My courier consignment number g33186037 was posted from its place of origin on 21 Dec 12 and supposedly reached Gwalior on 25 Dec 12. Normally the first flight courier never delivers the courier, he always asks the customers to come to the office and pick it up ALWAYS. There have been many other instances where my work has been hampered because of this. This time he had gone one step further, he did not give me a call too, not even showed up at my place and he had returned the courier to its origin. When I had called up the customer care in Indore as there is no contact number for the Gwalior branch, there was a kind lady who said she would get back to me and took my number, but when I called 10 minutes to check what happened, nobody attended my call. The service of FIRST FLIGHT COURIER is very very poor in Gwalior, Its customer care is nothing less. But when I got into the consumer forum I could see many complaints against First Flight. The courier has some documents which are required as soon as possible to me. I am not asking for any kind of compensation but there has to be something which ensures that they charge for the services they only provide.

With due respect that I am a Local Person belongs to Shia minority Group, Zadibal, Today We have faced very difficult problems from Sunni Community who are stone Pelters, they destroy almost 10 Houses in Krala Pura Area Zadibal, And police was also Supporting them, whatever they did they did completely wrong and we want complete protection for our community. Each and every Tyre Gas Shell was hurled towards the Shia Crowed People and after every tyre gas 10 to 20 people from Sunni Stone Pelters was moving forward towards the Shias and Police take completely side of Sunni Stone Pelters. Neither Police Supports and protects our property and our sisters and mothers nor MLA’ supports because both belongs to Sunni community. About 35 people are totally injured from Shia Community during defending their families and Houses.

Now our request is to Send CRPF Camps Back at their Places Like Firdous Cinema, Mirza Kamil Sahihb Chowk, Sazgaripora and Alamgari Bazar.

We want only Indian protection and we don’t want any type of protection from Police J&K, they always support Stone Pelters.

By my eyes I have seen myself how women’s & Children’s were crying asking help from Allah only because they said police was supporting them. I can say they did big crime against Shia People and I am going
to publish this news also on Consumer Court website and also Prime Minister Grievance. In future we don’t want any type of support from Kashmir made officials.

The real supporter and making problems are the sons of Haji Sahab are locally called by Bobil. They are always making problems and divisions in between Shia and Sunnis. They are 5 brothers and they are the only Sunni house out of other Sunnis living at mirza kamil sahib chowk who are always thinking to kill the Shia peoples like butchers. Their one brother is a handicap who always says wrong against Shia people. And if you don’t take any step for our defense, then we Shia’s will take final step that will be we will ask weapons from Central
Government for our protection if they refuse to provide us then we will prepare swords and we will make it compulsory for our and family defense.

When curfew was done on Zadibal area then police people said openly oh khodow come out and we will see what you are, see is this is justice ????

Please take any legal step not for us but for Allah, because we also are human beings.

Also many numbers of manholes are opened due to rain water stagnent, manhole is not visible.It leads to falling of public at that time of raining.Action should be taken immediately on behalf of the public.It is requested to take remedial action.

Due to these dogs, the residents of whole Indirapuram Locality are facing regular problems.... I stay in Windsor Park and when i go for walk or riding bicycle, these dogs threaten me, today just to save myself from these dogs i was about to meet an accident. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible to make this place better to live.

What about the people mis-using the land grabbing LAW (very easily) and grabbing the land. I'm hearing that some people is doing it as a business. Is this law for saving the people from land-grabbing? or for helping the criminals for grabbing the land from the proper owner of the land/house? Very bad. Land grabbing law is making way easy for grabbing the land. Poor! Poor! Poor!. Lot of holes in it. Nobody to ask the rights.

I have submitted my valid passport (for additional booklet) on 12th of december
i have been trying to trace it since then without luck
1090 is always busy and and internet only says 'your passport is in process'
all the verification process was completed in time and the local police station said it would arrive in 15 days.
It has been almost 1.5 months now and there was no sign or status on this
i went to the passport office then cbi in crawford only to be told my address verification was incomplete and i had to restart the process
i re-submitted the form albeit with the same address as on previous form as that is where i live since 1.5 years
if the police department had given an ok the first time itself, why did the verification fail?
and why are there no proper systems or answers in place
and how can it take over 2 months to get a booklet??
i travel for work and am incurring huge losses because of this wait

I am a student of 16 years .my journey was on 22/12/2011 about 3.00 p.m & unfortunately i got confussed with the rout from tirupur to erode via perundurai ,vellode, chennimalai .When i came 2 vellode, i did`nt know wher 2 go(either to chennimalai or erode)since i did not know the route.in vellode i got a bus (11 A),the conductor `s name is Sellappan.K ,a very irresponsible ,unworthy conductor using foul language in the bus on the passengers .the incident happened 2 me was the time, when he came 2 me i was not ready with my money .he started screaming at me in front of everybody.i really felt embrassed. then he gave me the ticket "i asked him hw much?" he replyed ,its given on the ticket u since i could not read tamil i could`nt find out so i gave 10 rs and only before i get down he gave back rs.4.now i got down in chennimalai.when i got down in chennimalai.the auto drivers said there is a bus from here 2 erode via vellode.only then i came 2 know that i had wasted 30 min of my time.again the same 11 A bus came but this time less people with seats 2 sit.the conductor came again 2 ask for tickets, i was at the back. he got tickets from 4 or 5 & did`nt c me and went front again he came 2 the middle and asked whether "is there anybody yet 2 take a ticket" i raised my hand. he again said (no) shouted(do u have a brain?) and the most worst part ,which affected me was <<i gave him Rs.20 for a ticket 2 erode, this is the medicine for guys like u, he gave me 2 tickets of cost 5.50 Rs instead of 1, knowingly and did`nt give me the balance which is Rs.9.00 even inspite of asking him>>.I kindly request u 2 take severe measures on the conductor.

Today I took a Rickshaw from Richmond town to New Tippasandra, like I do everyday. The fare (according to the changed charges of minimum 17/-) should come up to 65 maximum. The rickshaw meter showed 89. When I asked him, he told me it is 89 itself. I refused to pay and asked him to take me to the police station, he started the rickshaw took it a bit further stopped it where there was no one and told me "Bring teh police here if you want, I won't come". His display of the DL did not have the DL no or anyother details except for his photo and name. When I asked him for his DL number, he refused it and took out a screw driver. He started talking in very threatening manner, pointing the screw driver at me and moving very close. I walked away from the auto to a shop nearby,where he followed me.
He also made a couple of comments like, this is karnataka, if you can't speak Kannad then shut up! I refused to pay and said unless he showed me his DL, I will not pay. He refused to do that. He also said "I know where you live" in a sort of threatening way. I finally took down his License Plate number on the rickshaw and paid him the money.
I tried calling the TRaffic Police at Jayanagar on[protected] and also the rickshaw misbehaviour complaint cell which was splashed across teh papers[protected] there was no response at all.
If this is the kind of Rickshaw guys and the Law supporting us- I will not be surprised if one o[censored]s are attacked by these rogues, will it take that for the law to wake up? I shudder to think what would have happened if there were no people on the road.
The License Plate of the Rickshaw said : KA02 6915 and the name of the driver was Santhosh.

I hope there will be some sort of follow up on this, or will this also go into the Black Hole?

The conductor Mr M.Muniraj have asked for extra money for luggage a luggage which is below 5kg from a poor village man above 60. He also scolded him in unwanted words for not giving money for luggage. So please take proper action against the conductor.

Old people has to face lot of problems when thay cross the street ,Even road is not good ,
for children and girls it is a Nightmare .When girls return from work at night
even before 9 p.m they have to wait for a accompany to cross that street ,

Before some criminals use this darkness ,Kindly do something for the street lights and road

I would like to bring to the notice of the concerned authorities the harassment faced by me on the 7th of dec, 2009 at around 8:00-9:00 pm during my journey from mumbai to hyderabad in konark express(1020) . I am employed in government organization as gazzeted officer in mumbai. To take part in our organizational sports meet i was travelling through this train in sleeper class with my other team members. At evening between 8-9 pm i was recharging my mobile baterry in the slot provided by sleeper coach, suddendly two person in maharastra police uniform came and took my mobile before i could have understood anything they started to play with my phone...i asked one of them sir what do you want...the person did not replied....i then i uttered sir what is your name as he was not wearing his name plate......he without saying anything slapped meand both of them started using abusive langguage....i was so shocked that for some time everything went blank in front of me....when i told them about my organization ..they were behaving like they dont know the organization...they dont have to pay attention and give respect to anybody else...they have been given that khaki dress now they can do what ever they want.....its not good direction in which our police organization is moving if they will harass us then to whom we will go...or we have to break our social rules which are must for smooth and proper functioning of our society...... I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter seriously to fight corruption and punish the culprits.

I have my own cafe.I have been do process for get cafe's license as govt rules.And than govt reply me that I have to give some NOC.So I have done all work for get NOC.But police deparment refuse to give NOC and told that It is not in our duty.And told me that I have to close my cafe before I get license.So now How can I get license?
