My name is krutil vaghani. I am applying driving licence from surat, gujarat.
Right now covid-19 pandemic so me and my family go to my village for life time. We are not return to surat because we are not financial stable. So i want to refund my money. I will attach my application and my payment receipt. Please understand that.

I had applied for Duplicate driving license on 22/06/2018 and made the payment on 22/06/2018 but the payment status still shows pending even after more than 20 days(i.e, 13/07/2018). I called their customer care but they are telling you have to mail it and they will only respond in 7 days. I even mailed to their customer care 3-4 times but no response from them even after 20 days. And when I call them they are telling to wait for the mail....
