Not proper distribution of rice

Dear Sir,
We are staying near Hongasandra, we have a government ration shop near bus stop, we are facing more problems by them because in a month they will issue ration only for 3 days most of the rice will be issued for non-ration card holders for high price.
Government ration is not utilized properly.
So please take care about this and slove as soon as possible.

PDS Shop
Dear Sir,
I am staying in Choolaimedu, Chennai. We have a ration shop at 5th Street Bajanai Koil Street. When ever we go to ration shop the persons never speak our properly with womens or with elder people. They speak out very harsh with most of them.
Most of the time when we go they say that things are not there. It will come but not sure when it will come. Most of the times many things are unavailable.
