I make my Pan-Card at the months of 08/07/2015.But till this day i didn't recieved, i ask to the dealer and he told me that they already send out the dated of 28/07/2015, but i cnt recieved i didnt understand, i ask the dealer again he told me again that to check from internet but when i try to check its written like Record not Available, please could u please solve out my problem, its taking to much time.

Against subscription service of Airtel WAP
I am not using Airtel Live but still from my Balance Rs 10 gets deducted and a message comes to me from 64611010 stating...
(1) You've been renewed for (archie_comics_wap, ComicStrip) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You 've been charged Rs 10.
(2) You've been renewed for (Jummani_wap_sub, Subscription) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You 've been charged Rs 10.
My Mobile No is [protected]...
