Unable to login my account

I am not able to login my account when, i try to login my account it says that enter a valid user ID but i am using the same ID for almost 2 years...

Kanchipuram bhavapet street there is more street dogs and have many health problems when going in bike we have fear to cross road in Bike by that street that many road accidents have happening by dogs so many times we have complain in municipality no proper action have till now.

      Dear sir In the liue of am holding my savings account with your Trupur main branch wide my account number in the name of gowtham.v Herewith am lodging a complaint whereas I applied for new ATM as I lost my old ATM .. Before applying I have done all the formalities which is as per your bank procedures ...I applied and the executive says it takes 15-20 days to reach new ATM card at your place. I waited for one month but not received, even though inquired in bank they your request has not been forwarded, may I know why this lapse of time ??? Even after that I lodged a fresh ATM request and the same answers given to me, at last I applied on 5th Feb but I didn't receive any ATM cards or any messages from your end.. Because of your misbehave and misuses I can't do any banking transactions with SBI... When I explained my problem to my office they opened me a new account in bank of baroda and I received ATM card on the same day of my registeration my account... What my question isis, if they provide me such a wonderful service within a day, why can't you provide me the service which has been requested for more than 2months... ??? I know I won't get any replies from you, as you are government authorized bank here in tirupur every staffs behave rude and they don't need to satisfy the customers... You people needs to maintain your attitude hat you are the government employee... Am not going you to request or pleased to do so... Let me see how quick am receiving back sbi services...
