I, Dr. A. K. Gupta, have bought 2 leather shoes from GoyalSons, Ramphal chowk Sec 7. One of them had open shoelace aglets. I visited the branch again regarding the same, but the shoe unit employees refused to solve the problem and rudely suggested to buy one yourself from the market.

I have purchase cloths of Rs 3500 from tilak nagar branch ans i have just ask to cashier tell me the amount which you hve less on membership crd. Cashier shouting on me ki itna time nhi hota hamre pass lena hai lo nhi toh jayo
Stupid, unmannered, persons thye do not know how how to talk with customers, change your staff otherwise your image will be badly count in future

I have to complain to Goyalson's cashier. The cashier has no way of talking to the customer.If the customer has to change clothes and does not know the rules of Goyal Sons, it is the duty of the salesman or cashier to help the customer and not to behave too rudely.Does Goyalson's not train its employees to how to deal with customers? very careless

I purchased a ladies footwear of MRP Rs 545 but company tagged this item with MRP rs 995. I could not see the actual mrp in shop and paid the shop mrp 995. When I check it at home and go to shop for complain they simply say for wrong print and refunded my money. My objection is that if this company/shop do the same thing for one item then they do it for others also.
