I got a wrong product for my order no: GY11517.
I am attaching the screen short of product which I ordered .
I was not in station when I got the delivery and I have not used .
Pls confirm if you can send me the product I ordered and process to follow to get the same . If product is not available pls refund my cash .

Multiple reminders send and...

I ordered {hifi wireless earbuds with 100 hours playtime ambient mode, bluetooth 5, noise cancellation, waterproof (Ipx5), wireless power bank, 100h battery!!} and i received {i8/7s dual wireless earpods | android & ios compatible } and that too not working i have send them mail related to wrong product received please refund my money but no reply they dnt even send me copy of invoice...

My order numberGY9957 for hifi wireless earbuds with 100 hours playtime was not delivered. instead i7s taicon price mentioned 1699 /- on box and 999/- on website was delivered. i paid 1999/- for earbuds . two mails also sent and no reply from [protected]@gmail.com. they have no customer care number mentioned .i want my product to be delivered or refund initiated....
