I like to know when the Computerised Banking Services will start its operation in Burdwan Head Post Office, just like as in Midnapore Head Post office, where it has already started its CBS services for the last 3 months(approx). An early reply will be highly helpful for me.

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Non-delivery of Cheque Book by Speed Post

SBI, Kolkata HO has confirmed over phone that they sent my Cheque Book by Speed Post on 08.04.2011. Speed Post No. EW[protected]IN which was posted at Kolkata GPO on 08.04.2011. Till date I have not received my cheque book from the local post office. Speed Post service of GPO Kolkata is not satisfactory at all. I am unable to make transactions by cheque....
