Today 15/02/24 Gramin sewa are charging Rs 80 as fare from GTB Nagar to Nathupura
And GTB Nagar to Burari by pass fare Rs 20...

MAHODEYE me aap se ye kahna chahta hu aye din gramin sewa wale apni man mani kr rahe hai burari se jaha camp ka yani G.T.B NAGAR ka kiraya RS10 lagta tha wahiI ab ye RS20 vasul rahe hai din prati din YE RS5 RS 5 bada rahe hai to garib person kaha jayega OR ek baat OR hai ye log without dress or without license ke vechie chala rahe hai ye kriya...

From saket metro station to maidan garhi one of gramin sewa driver not having change of 5 and I just said to him that keep the change and he started saying don't teach me and giving warning that he will beat me

I was travelling from Dwarkamod metro station to Jaivihar, the driver was very rude, the distance is about 3-5 km but the graminsewa charged 20 rs.
This situation is same for most of the Graminsewa drivers in this route, They charge very high but still the service is very bad.. they wait for 15-20 min, carry at least 9-10 passengers and drives very fast .. the condition of these rickshaw’s is extremely bad.

Request u to look in the route from Najafgarh sabzi mandi and Jhharoda kalan,
gramin sewa folks here are always in some kind of dictatorship they don't allow e rickshaw or three wheelers to take passangers from here by which pasangers are almost forced to sit in gramin sewa or walk home by foot.

number of DTC buses are not sufficient on the same route.
Even after fares of gramin sewa has been doubled in 2019 they still fill their ride with 12-16 people even in pandemic times.

I boarded in gramin seva( DL 2W 2146) from mukarba chowk bypass to alipur bus stand which is 7 km and the fair being asked on the mid way was rs 20 which was double of the usual fair. The usual fair between the same distance is rs 10 and when I asked why was it doubled he started arguments and kept shouting and also asked me to get down in middle of the way. The plate number of the gramin sewa was DL 2W 2146.
I request you to take action against the same.

I travelled on 25/10/2020 by Gramin Sewa from B-11, Vasant Kunj bus stop to Nelson Mandela Marg Xing which is near Priya Cinema on Nelson Mandela Marg and paid Rs.5/- usual fare. No fuss by driver and I was satisfied.

While returning to B-10 Bus Stop near Anchal Plaza in Vasant Kunj the driver refused to accept Rs.5/- the standard fare from Nelson Mandela xing and told me that the fare has been revised to Rs 10/- and insisted on Rs 10/- which I paid to avoid "Gaali Glouch". This was unreasonable. Action must be taken on the driver and the owner of the vehicle - Details are as below:
1. Date & Time: 25 Oct; 2020 around 12 Noon.

2. Vehicle No.: DL 2W 5902.

I am the citizen of nathupura, burari. I want to complain against gramin seva in one gramin seva only 6 people are allowed but they carried 9 people or 10 people at one time so we face so many problems like eve teasing with the girls and we feel uncomfortable also there is some more problems like in every ground seva a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher should be there but every gramin seva is breaking the rule.

So i am humbly request to you to take a strict action about it

Today when i was coming to my office at at 9:15 am a garmin sewa root no. 26 having number dl 2w 4623 vehicle was parked on the red light on g. T. B. Nagar grossing. The vehicles are facing lots of hindrance to cross the road. I asked to the driver to shift the said garmin sewa to the other place as the peoples are facing problem, instead of take away the said garmin sewa he misbehaved with me & tried to beat me used filthy language. Due to this happening i become late to reach my office.

Keeping in view of above, you are humbly requested to look into the matter & take suitable action against the driver of the said garmin sewa.

Dl 2w 5857 h ki complaint karna chahti hu ye gramin sewa tigri se pushpa bhawan tak chalti h, mai kali building school k samne gramin sewa ki wait kr rahi thi, samne se 2 gramin sewa as rahi thi, jaise hi maine unme se an me baithne k liye aage aayi uprokt no. Wali gadi me baitha minor driver bhagata hua gramin sewa laya or mere samne khadi kr di mai baal baal bachi varna uska pahiya mere pair pr chad jata, jab maine use bola to badtamizi marne laga, or jab mai dusri gramin sewa me baith gayi to usse bhi jhagda karne laga, or pushpa bhawan tak pure raaste use takkar marne ki koshish karts raha, plz is driver or gramin sewa malik k khila[censored]chit karyavahi ki jaye

Gramin Sewa minimum fares will be charged at the rate of Rs. 5, Rs. 10, and Rs. 15/-. Rs. 5 for the first 03 K.M. and Rs. 10 upto 07 K.M. and above 07 K.M Rs. 15/-.

I would like inform to you that gramin sewa taken excess charges (Khanpur to saket metro station Rs. 10/-) I hope you will take action on this matter.
