I have booked holiday package for 15 years with this company for Rs 3 lacs paid by credit card in October 2022. They had promised 0% interest EMI payment. I have submitted all necessary documents for refund of EMI interest.But company is not fulfilling the promise even after accepting the liability....

Fraud
We were called by Grand amanta representative and told that we are being given free trip and movie tickets for the car we recently purchased. We went to the hotel we were invited in and sales people Naveen and Nikita made many promises like
-Free family trip to corbett (promised 2 rooms for 3 day trip later provided 1 room(
-free air ticket to any holiday destination in India.
-bookings in five star hotels like lemon tree Hyatt meridian Radisson etc. Showed us photos as well. Later provided third class hotel options which were far inferior to what they promised.
-bookings within 24 -48 hours but don't reply to mails.
The company later denied all these promises and don't respond to emails for hotel bookings even after repeated calls. Completely fraud company.

Grand vivanta vacation Pvt Ltd is fraud company. I am also one of victims of this fraud. I paid 175000 in the month of Aug 2022.
Working in this company are big id"iot*s. This company representatives are cheating innocent people. I followed up for services or cancellation of membership for 12 months. No one responses to calls or emails. I was following up with cheaters like Rahul Arora, Mahender, Aftab, Manisha, Ravi, Sudhir Kumar, Pankaj, Ananya, Abhijeet, Dinesh, etc.. This company must be banned and above bas*er_s must be punished in public.
These ba*^er*s have changed the name of the company.

These Cheaters are now calling themselves Grand amanta hotels and resorts Pvt Ltd. They have changed their mail ID and everything. Any new victim reading this. Please don't fall for it. The fools haven't even bothered to change their logo. I lost almost 1 lakh. Please don't trust them. Don't even go to their five star hotel high tea....
