This company is BIG SCAM, they offer so many things at the time of event and they don't deliver anything, just bunch of lies, i hope people avoid this company going forward as your money will be gone, if you buy anything from these people.

If you ask for refund they will dedcut 10000 rupees, my friend is victim of this fraud, he is not getting refund since last 1 month, he is getting one date from another date,

These people just want to loot you nothing else, their vacation plans are scam to loot people, government should step up and should ban this company from doing any activity. My friend lost 1 Lakh rupees as these people are not giving him refund. He is taking follow up since last one month.

I am taking follow up since last 1 month but these people are not providing refund, everytime i ask them to provide refund, they reply like we will resolve this after 3-4 days, after 3-4 days again they will give another date, this company is complete fraud, at the time of event they promised so many things, but delivary only 0.5% of it.

It is so much stressfull to contact them.

Please do not buy any plan from them these people will loot your hard earned money.

They called us in a hotel saying we have movie passes gifted for the vehicle we bought.
Then the scene was different, Vivanta FRAUD Sales Team [ARVIND: [protected] & AJAZ: [protected]] befooled us and many more guests. They charged us Rs. 1 Lakh for the package and gave us following promises which were all FRAUD:

- they said they are in tie up with Vivanta from Tata group (i confirmed to Tata Group but they denied).

- They said if you don`t like services, you can get 100% refund- they didn`t make any bookings for us initially, and when we raised complaint then they denied to give refund.

- They said they will give Rs. 20, 000/- Amazon shopping vouchers and instead, they gave some FAKE "gitftedtoall" shopping vouchers where all the products were listed in very high price.

When I tried to speak to their FRAUD Sales Team, they ignored the calls and also their customer care Team said they do not agree with what their Sales Team promised to us.

I have been following up for my bookings, mob app login and other issues but they don`t respond back.

Grand Vivanta had represented to me that for a travel package of 15 years Rs. 2, 00, 000/- had to be paid initially of which I paid a lumpsum amount of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- and the remaining amount was told to me by Vivanta that it could be paid through interest-free EMIs. However, over the past two months, interest has been charged and the EMI gets compounded with every instalment and is being deducted via credit card payment.

Also, many of the package features are not promptly given to date. It is extremely hard to get these issues resolved through the Customer Care service of Grand Vivanta.

Please assist me in getting this issue soughted out.
