I need my fridge now ...in any cost I bought a fridge from salkia showroom in Friday they told me my product is delivered within 2 days today is thursday... Where Is my product ... And you manager behaviour is very bad ... They have no manners.

Non Delivery of TV.
I bought an LED TV (Samsung , 32D5000) from great eastern,baguiati branch on[protected]CM no.433),people from great eastern assured me that they will get the TV delivered on[protected]. They neither delivered the TV yesterday nor contacted me. I have been trying to contact their numbers[protected] / 067 since morning but no body is picking up the phone. Giving false commitment is nothing but cheating and they should be held accountable for this.

I have been cheated by Mr. Somnath ([protected]) - Store Manager of Great Eastern Electronics based in Park Circus / Beckbagan store. A Samsung refrigerator was purchased on 24th Sep 2011, the same was delivered on 1st Oct 2011, but to my surprise a display product was delivered with ample of scratches & dents. On requesting to change the same, he was arrogant & abusive. He also disconnets the phone when called, he uses abusive & arrogant language. The delivery was to be made on 28th Sep 2011 which was made on 1st Oct 2011 after series of request. Kindly help to get the product replaced, as I feel cheated on being delivered a product which has been used for display purpose at the store.

I purchased one Refrigerator and one washing machine on 14/04/2011 from Great Eastern, Kankurgachi branch. They have promised me to deliver the same once I confirm the delivery date. As delivery would be in my new flat and it's almost 1 and half hours driving from my existing flat, I requested to inform me at least 2 to 3 hours in advance. On 17th, I received a call stating " Sir, we are waiting at your door plz receive it" (I told i haven't confirmed the delivery date). So, the first instance where they didn't keep their words. On 19/04/2011, I spent almost whole day to reach the customer representatives over phone and finally at the evening I found someone and confirm my delivery date as 22/04/2011. That lady confirmed me that a request had been sent to go-down and it would be sent on 22nd and also they would inform me in advance so that I can plan my travel. On 21st, I again called them up just to be in safer side and I was told that "no worry, it's on track and delivery will be on 22nd and they will infor me in advance". On 22nd, I didn't receive a single call from them and waited till 4 PM and then I called up the office no and as expected none picked it up. I called up the finance guy of the branch and explained the problem. Initially, he was not willing to take any call as he was from a different department. Finally, he has given the go-down no and hanged up. I called the go-down no and I found they had no plans to deliver it on 22nd. In fact, they are not even sure whether they can deliver it on 23rd. Today is 23rd, and I am frustrated very much. I called up the go-down no and that guy straightway told me "it's wrong no" after 5 minutes my wife called up the same no and that guy then received the call and asked for the bill no so that he can check it (how funny). He now told my to call him back after 1 hour so that he can confirm the delivery time (if any).
