Product delivery issue

I have Purchase a 265 ltr Godrej Refrigerator from Great Eastern Retail Pvt Ltd, Baisnabghara Garia branch dated[protected], order no - GRA/SO2324/00450, but order still not delivered in my address and also behaviour of sales girl ( Ronti Saha) is very bad.
Please look into the issue.

Replacement of Hitachi 3 star Split AC Outdoor unit
Have purchased one Hitachi 318HDEAZ2/1.5 Ton SPLIT AC-INDOOR and HITACHI 318HDEAZ2/1.5 TON SPLIT AC-OUTDOOR on 12/04/2022 .At the time of installation by your authorised representative, it is found on opening the box of the AC OUTDOOR UNIT that the same is placed in the box in severely damaged condition and not fit for installation.
No action has yet been initiated for replacement of outdoor unit.

Cheating and delaying

This is the worst retailer I ever experienced. I bought sony oled tv of 55inch on diwali there was a headphone (Wh-Ch700N) gift with this tv, they haven't give me the headphone till four months from the date of purchase and when gived, they some other model of headphone (wh-L600) which is not with the tv, this headphone is only compatible with tv while headphone in gift is compatible with all devices bluetooth enabled plus they also give me a display tv without letting me know because just after my purchasing there no display tv in store, this is not a coincidence. These guys are nothing but a great cheaters.

Customer service regarding delivery of product

When I visited the store on 13.06.2020 mr Abbas Hussain attended us for our purchase of LG LED tv. Next day after deciding the product when we reached the store again, he said that particular product has been sold out. He insisted us for any other product. When we were about to return then he said that product is with us on our another store at alambagh branch but it will take 3-4 days to deliver. Seeing it being late we ourselves picked the product on 16.06.2020. Accordingly we informed him for installation. Earlier he had said that the installation will be done on same day when the product delivered. And he also assured us that our old TV will be picked by themselves . After waiting the full day on 17.06.2020 when we reached him for the complain about the same, he said “ if you have so much of problems, you can return the product, we will return you the money “. Is that the way to talk to your customers?
Moreover at the time of the demo, he said that we will get some cash back upto 2000/- and brand emi on my Hdfc credit card. While he didn’t give us any of the two. Even we didn’t mind anything. But today the way talked like, is complete unacceptable and We won’t be able to visit any of your Store in future again .

grievances against poor customer service

I had purchase a daikin ac from great eastern behala on 11/05/2019. It was supposed to get delivered and installed within 5 days. This is not my word. It was promised my the sales person debasree aich. However from the 5th day when i started following up for the delivery, debasree aich stopped receiving my call. I called her multiple times starting from the 5th day till 7th day from the date of purchase, she didn’t receive for a single time.
I called the service desk and got it delivered on the 7th day at around 9 pm that also after multiple calls and followups.
Now for the installation debasree rightly told me during purchase to ring her after i receive the ac, she will get the installation done within a day.
Now again i called her to confirm the delivery, she again did’nt receive it. Again i called service desk to inform the same. They pick up the call after trying for 10 times and said that they will inform daikin for installation.
I waited for 2 days, no call from any technician. Today i called daikin customer service to raise a complaint regarding installation. They told me that great eastern didn’t even inform them about about the delivery of the product. So they didn’t contact me.
Now it will again take around 2-3 days for them to assign someone for the installation.
I am very much dissapointed by great eastern service and particularly the sales person debasree aich. They don’t have the minimum courtesy to take the calls of customer. I myself belong to a consultancy firm and i also deal with customer on a daily basis. I don’t know how people become salesperson of a renowned appliance store without having the minimum etiquette of dealing with customers.

damaged product delivered not replaced till now from 20th october 2018

I have purchased a LG Front Load Washing Machine on 20.10.18 but the delivered producted was damaged.I have complained many times to customer care & Dealer also.The have commited the product will be replaced but still now there is no response from them.So, I request you to replace fresh product asap.Please find the attached photo of Washing Machine.
