Wrong and very inferior product delivered
I had ordered a bose soundlink bluetooth speakerand instead they delivered some unknown brand speaker.
On complaint thesaid they will call but never got any calls.
After a few mails they have stopped replying.
My order no 2352 of 20aug'20.

i ordered for apple airpods pro and got a non functioning tws headset

I ordered for apple airpods pro from greatmart.in with cash on delivery on 31st august 2020. It got delivered today via xpressbees (I'm copying the sms's received from this courier service); when i opened the box, it has a cheap chinese - tws - true wireless sterio i12 bluetooth headset instead of apple airpods pro, and the same is also not working (Not switching on). There is no option in their website for return, and i didnt get any response for the form which i sent with the option to return this and get the refund amount.

The product which I ordered (Bose soundlink revolve, bluetooth speaker) and what I received is completely different, a sub standard company product ...which I received today, I haven't open it completely as the product is not of Bose and it is not the one which I ordered...and it is not clear how to initiate the return the product and get my money bank INR 3851/-...nobody is picking up the phone not answering on email as well...

I found an advertisement of "bose soundlink revolve+ portable and long-lasting bluetooth speaker - triple black" from greatmart on 17-aug-2020 https://greatmart.in/product/soundlink-revolve-portable-and-long-lasting-bluetoo...⇄
Since the product was available at attractive price, i ordered on-line on cod basis and they shared order copy on my e-mail. Today, i have received the delivery and courier person took the payment. While, i opened the box, i found that they have shipped a fake product (Made in china bluetooth speaker). I informed courier company but they said they can't take back the shipment as it is reported as delivered. Since, greatmart.in do not have any customer care, i wrote a mail to [protected]@greatmart.in and [protected]@greatmart.in. I have also shared video of product with them.
Kindly help to get refund of money and take appropriate action against such fraud company.

Basis on your feedback, I have cancelled it.
Appreciate your alertness, such fake companies should be banned and authorities should take strict action. They are misleading consumers by placing ads online.
