One of our fire engines had got breakdown within 2 year of installation. However the same was handed over to M/s Eternal E Mech Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad for repair at our cost on 10.01.2023. Even 3 months have passed, we are not sure when the same will be repaired. It must be appreciated that ours a hazardous industry and availability of working fire engines is o[censored]tmost importance.

I have purchased water motor for my home in nov 2021, for which its coil got affected, i have been trying to reach the said company via customer care number, by email but my problem gets unanswered

Engine not starting
Engine showing low oil level inspite of engine oil upto max mark for 320KVA generator commissioned on 24.01.2014 at Railways Electric Loco Shed Lallaguda, Secunderabad. Previously also same problem occured. After changing low level switch it worked but again same problem. DG set seriel no.[protected].

Sir,Docet No: U73208947 dt. 13.1.09.
The document has not delivered till date. We have checked in ur site & it is showing that route diverted & reached at Visakhapattanum on 16.1.09. Matter most urgent. We had not belived that such type of careless job can be done by First Flight courier for which 3 nos trucks are waiting at Ichhapuram & 30 dealers are waiting in BBSR.
Transporter will charge additional charge for ur silly mistake.
However, we request you to deliver the docements today positevely.
