The product is under warranty trying to call the customer care but was unable to connect with them after several attempts. Want to solve the issue as soon as possible...

Burner was damaged and we need repair done immediately so please consider our request and send the technician as soon as possible. The problem is regarding high flame burner and it's malfunctioning and it is a new stove and we need a immediate response from your side and the problem is occurring from a long time. We are trying to complain about this problem from long ago...

While cooking and without putting anything atop the glass base, the base just burst hurting my wife, have been trying to call Green Chef in bangalore but there is no contact happening as their call centre no doe not work.
