he will attached property where i have valid title but my name can not be shown in revenue record due

it is advised that all victim should unite togather n form an association to fight n file a case
in delhi high court to save our interest.

Non Refund of Booking Amount of Rs150,000/-
Hi,
I booked 150 Sq. yrd of plot in GREENCITY BUILDTECH PROJECT AT BHIWADI, after making many visit at their Noida Office they finally gave me PDC of my booking amount only that too making a deduction of some amount (Rs 17000/-) in the month of April 2009 & the date of PDC was 15th December 2009, but the cheque was dishonored on the mentioned date,Now I came to know that MD of the company Mr. Jitender Chaudhary was wanted by the Noida Police & EOW for doing fraud in all the residential scheme launched by the company. I request all the ill investors to let me know what to do in this case for getting our hard earned money.

Green City Buildtech Bhiwadi — No refund of money and not allotment
I m book a plot in bhiwadi(green city build tech pvt ltd) before 4 yrs and builder says that the possestion will give you shortly but after 4 yrs there all offices and all contacts are closed and nothing reply from that side. so plz if any one get the office or any other thing by i can recieve my money plz tell me.Regards

Green City Buildtech — No refund, no plot allotted
I had booked a plot of 200 sq yd and had paid the full amount of Rs 5 lakhs in different installments from 2006. till now I have not received the refund not any plot has been allotted to me. I can't even contact anyone in the company office. They have duped me and I am left dry.I am a retired school teacher without any pension. All my hard earned money is with Green City Buildtech.
I request the Consumer Forum to help me recover my money with interest if not the promised plot.
I shall be very grateful for your help.

They are total frauds. Director Jitendra chaudhary had absconded earlier and now surrendered. He has declared himself as bankrupt, so, not liable to pay any money to anyone. I have lost my 2.25 lacs in that.
Did anyone of you get your money back? If yes, how? Please advise so that I can also take the same route.

I am Kusum Sharma w/o Shiv Kumar Sharma resident of KI-97 New Kavi Nagar Ghaziabad has Invested Rs. 300000/= to buy a 300 sq mtr plot in a project called NRI City Bhiwadi (Project own by Green City Buildtech) A-3, Sector-59 Noida in 2006. The Payment was in favour of Green City Biuldtech through A/C payee Cheque.
We promised that the project will be lonched within 2-3 months from the date of application as per one of the clause...

EVERSINCE I HAVE MADE AT LEAST 20 VISITS TO THE OFFICE AT SECTOR 59 NOIDA .
EVERYTIME THERE WOULD BE A NEW FACE TO TALK TO YOU BUT THE OWNER WOULD NEVER BE THERE.
THEY KEPT PROMISING ME THAT THE PROJECT WOULD BE COMING UP AND THEY WERE WAITING FOP THE LICENSE FROM THE RAJASTHAN GOVERNMENT AND THIS KEPT GOING ON FOR LAST...

On 18th June 2009, more than 100 victims have filed complaint with Economic Offence Wing (EOW) under FIR no.28. Besides this many FIR have been lodged against Jiteender Choudhury & Sunita Choudhury.
Now there is no point of making more FIR except to claim money because more FIRs will not make the punishment double.
Now a days all...

Dear Sir:
This is further to my letter dated 20 June 2009, sent to your good office by speed post # ED[protected]IN. This packet included a copy of all documents to substantiate payments made by the undersigned for a 374 sq yard plot at Agra to Green City Buildtech. A copy of cover letter submitted is attached for your reference.
The letter dispatched included an acknowledgement to confirm receipt of the packet. Unfortunately, the undersigned has not received the return A.D to confirm submission of documentation.
From the website of India post, I observe that the packet was dispatched to your office on 24 June 2009. However, I would request your good office to acknowledge receipt of the documents.
Please confirm the receipt of the documents.
