I returned a oversized half sleeves tshirt on 29th April but I haven't received the refund yet kindly help me

I ordered a varsity jacket and a hoodie from gritstones website. Received both of them but returned varsity jacket because it was not that good as shown. Now even after 10 days i haven't got the refund amount and the company is saying that they had refunded. Please help me 🙏

I had ordered 3 shirts, and payment done through COD.
I received the items but they are not the same quality and size.
I wanted to return and get refund, had emailed [protected]@gritstones.com but no response.
Their online form for refund asks for Bank account No. IFSC code etc which i dont want to share.

My order number- 11960. Fake colour shown Black pink. But it really in black brown in colour. I wanna return it. I have sent more than 10 email.but yet no response by customer service. Please help me.

I have ordered few shirts from gritstone order#[protected] on 23rd of nov'2019. I have returned the items because of the quality issues. I have raised a money return request. But never expected this kind of service. Still my money was not returned (Still today i. E 23rd dec'2019).
Please take some disciplinary action on such marketing firms, and i hope you take an action to get my money back.

I ordered a product from girtsones.com and my order is not yet been delivered nor does it shows the order shipment specifically i order a product at 19-april-2019 and after 10 days i email them on 28-april-2019 regarding non delivery of product and tell them not to deliver product and initiate my refund back to original payment method they email me back on 29-april-2019 that they initiate my amount it will be reflected back within 3-4 days but now its 5-may my amount is not been received yet! And even they are not responding to my emails now
