I have Processed a LOAN for a CUSTOMER, he/she completed the all the procedure and got the LOAN disbursal amount in 3 days which is shown in inCRED LOAN app. Even "Congratulations Message" was there.
But It was showing pending even after 10 day's, the payout didn't release yet.
I called CUSTOMER service, the said It will take 10 day's to update lead. I already sent the CUSTOMER side proof, my Gromo...

Actually they are doing fraud with customers in my case I raise a credit card lead but still not get my payout and they contunuosly tell me to wait for some time or raise dispute and tell me that they have not get any reply from bank about my lead but this is not my concern My client get credit card successfully so I need my payout

Replacement of my Tablet

Dear sir,
I dont require charger, but the charging socket in my tablet is corrupted so due to that i need replacement of my tablet.
I have contacted iball service center for this problem but, they are saying that we dont have tie up with gromo systems so will not provide warrenty. They also added that warranty will only be provided by gromo systems only.
So with respect to that i request you do the needful n kindly arrange for the replacement.

Fake invoice and duplicate / stolen product - no support from ebayindia

the reason why i am contacting [protected]@ebay.com is because i havent got any help from ebay india customer support
i had purchased mobile from ebay and i got fake invoice and i doubt seller has sold me stolen mobile as its absolutely
duplicate product...kindly find the attachment for fake invoice copy ( date on invoice : 14/12/2015 )
and after being in touch with ebay customer support - India... they are not even taken any action against seller and too
i havent got any refund of my money...
I am on ebay since 2010 and did purchase of more than 20 lakhs till now but this time i am really dissatisfied from ebay india
and i am completely discontinuing from your site... before that i would like you to know the reason about it
