I was told to complete two sessions in three days to get my reward. I tried again and again but the active minutes was not increasing.Due to which I missed out on my reward. I contacted the support asap but they did not respond in time. Its been days since I last heard from them. I want my issue to be resolved asap.

I was promised by Growfitter team member that if I purchase their premium plan they will provide me a Growfitter store discount voucher of ₹1000 which will be applicable on all items but they didn’t provided me any code which is applicable on all items in their website rather they provided me a rubbish code which only works on few items

Growfitter is application that give reward for walking basically for completing the session provided by it.For which membership of rs 999/ year was taken as fee. In this I have to walk for 30 min out of 40 min everyday for 200 consistently by opening the application which runs on internet and as per rule of app I walked consistently 30 mins for 123 days, but on one sudden day . the notification launched by government of AGNIVEER and due to that a hue and cry take place in country and it become violent and because of that internet was completely shut down in many district of Bihar including mine .Due to unavailability of internet the app was not opened so on the same day I contacted the costumer care executive of Growfitter and explained the issue which I am facing. He noted that and and said he will convey it to upper authority . but after 5 days when internet is working what I see that all my consistent effort have gone vain because they cancelled all my rewards. when I complained about it they said it was not their fault when I said it was neither my fault they said we donot help you and when I connect to their support team. She gave me vauge reason to cancel my rewards.

I am the user of this app from 2019 I have take the membership of this app of rupees 999 they are giving the some facilities are priority service but they not provide anywhere I am continuously using this app from last 4 to 5 months I am earning my rewards continuously on one day I go for to walking activity to add a session for my reward then some error occur in counting of minutes so I have to raise a ticket for To resolve this problem then response from Growfitter team is very slow and after sometimes the blame on to manipulate of data by me that comes under violation but I never do this I want proof of this and understand me about it but never do this and send me message of violation and being suspended your account then eager talk about they didn't call me and they never any user about that activity comes under violation so my earned reward going to waist also I have earned some reward before this issue but these reward also not processed by Growfitter i have done 204 session in years but Growfitter want to harassed me to waist my alll session that really joined my hard work and my emotion so i am not guilty for this because I have done any violation type of activity I want proo[censored]nderstand me all about it and also in store of Growfitter they are selling products at very high cost than than their original price on original website of that products please resolve this issue because hardwork being waist that makes me hurts my last hope on legal procedure of consumer forum to resolve this issue clearly I have shared screenshot of

Purchased fitkit from growfitter. This app had issues from the start for couple of months. They banned me from using the app saying i have logged in from multiple devices which i didn't. They have sent me a log showing i have signed in from other devices several days which i never did. They never answer calls/ never reply to emails. This is a scam company....
