On the 5th of November, 2021, at 18.32, I visitedGRT shop at Hosur and made a jewelry purchase; the bill number is GRI2122SA064894. I als0 joined in an 11-month gold scheme with JPS a/c no. GLP 3358 (Rs.5, 000/- per month, total 55, 000/- INR) that has since matured and which I used to purchase jewelry (Chain and Dollar)

According to the invoice, the total amount payable to me is 1, 41, 480/- INR,...

I bought a bangle in GRT salem branch on 17th jan and i just checked my bangles and it has one hole, I just used twice

My Group Code GMJ 5675, And March 2021 Instalment paid on 02/03/2021 but JSS Monthly Receipt yet to be received, previous all instalment received promptly on payment after made by me on my e.mail, please clarify and do needful action at your end for proper receipt received my e.mail .

I purchased a jwellery on 8th feb online. When i checked the status of delivery on 9th feb i found the the item was out of stock. Than i cancelled the product. But my refund not processed by the company. I have given mail to their mail Id and also called many times but no response....

I have purchased bangles in shop later when I checked the same product in online I was shocked to see the price.

I was charged extra.. We r middle class ppls not all customers in grt are rich.. we have saved money nd bought jewel but it's really frustrated when I see the prices in online for the same jewelley

I selected on Aram around 100g on Tuesday 16th February 2021 but could not purchased due to money transaction related issues. Paid advance and returned. Next day your representative came to my house at Neelangarai took full remains cash and gave my ornament. Because on that day gold rate Rs70 per gram I requested to reduce though gave full money not even one rupee less. But your company not even responded and due respect to the customer. I am highly disappointed.

I am the customer of GRT for more than 8 years. Today (14.09.20) I visited Myladuthurai GRT for purchase of jewel. I really fed up with the service of the staff. No proper responses. Taking lot of time for a task. It is merely slow process in all the activities. Hence, being a customer of GRT I would like to bring this to your notice & to give adequate directions not to loose the customer. Their motive is only to join in chit. At last they said NO STOCK for gift materials. This is the way GRT showroom of Myladuthurai goes...

I made payment for my hold eleven plan on September 10 but I didn't receive the mail for the successful payment money was deducted...

This is M.Manimozhi, I have joined grt jewellery Monthly scheme member for rupees 3500 in chennai. The payment for rupees 3500 is transaction successful on 11 July 2020 but still now not received payment receipt to my mail id. So request to you what's the problem to rectify that one. Thank you sir

Today i got good experience from your chennai t. Nagar grt main shop while purchase pavazam gold chain. 16.4 gram. Prices is rs. 41655.00. I argue to reduce the wastage. Finally your manager reduces 14 % wastage. Same model same wait today i was purchased saravana stores elite. Cost is rs 36214.51. Due to this you’re loosing valueable customers. And more over my hard earn money also save.,,,

We bought one product from grt store today and we are satisfied with the product but we are not satisfied with the way the floor incharge person was talking to us.. The person doesn't have a minimum common sense of speaking with the customers. I don't even understand how he was been recruited. Every customer feel like coming to the store only if they are greeted with respect... All i understood is that he only talks good with those customers who buy high value products.. And by looking at their faces.. I am giving this feedback here because i want an immediate action to be taken against that person and please make sure that he doesn't behave like this with anyone in the future. I hope my complaint would be taken seriously.. Thanks

We are not satisfied with your service because we order silver water pots of our choice.. But we got another model... We again asked to change the model they told that they will change accordingly and will hand over in time... But when actual date came they told that they are not ready... But we have no time to extend date... Kindly pursue our complaint and respond at the earliest...

After seeing the reviews from fellow customers regarding quality of jewelry, i have to change my mind. Till now i to know about the recklessness and adamency of the working staff members, (Actually i tasted it) iam in a hur to check my jewelry purity immediately. As a matter of fact here in hyderabad they add a sentiment of delivering the jewelry by putting the jewelry to the lotus feet of god before delivering to the customers. What about the ornaments purchased by my daughter who is staying in usa. O my god.

I bought Silver Chain in GRT Jewellery Shop in Kumbakonam. After Wearing Chain within 10 days it turns to black colour. Again i went shop they said some story but I am a technical person in Materials i never accept that story in material wise. They put Silver Coating gave to me.

Now within two days silver chain change to Black color ( Whole Black colour)

I asked composition content tag for that chain but the...
