I was provided a data entry form filling job to fill 600 forms in 6 days where the total weekly salary will be Rs.18000(Rs.30 per form) and they also said there was no registration fee. The company had a few terms and conditions which included payment of Rs.3999 as a fine if the work was not completed within the given time period. They asked me for my id and address proof that I provided to them and I was asked to sign a bond paper with their company. I was also provided a login id and password to do the work in my pc. I started my work assigned on 10th May, 2023 and completed filling 597 forms as per the data given by them by the morning of 15th May, 2023(6th day). Suddenly, the form filling page showed an error of 'Image not found' and I couldn't see the data that is to be typed into the forms for the remaining 3 forms. When I raised the issue to the person who recruited me into the job (+[protected], Neha Rajput(as verified by her), she told me the technical team and the salary department will contact me to resolve the issue and for my salary payment. Till the afternoon nobody had contacted me and when I asked her about it, she repeated the same answer over and over. Then, (+[protected] Himanshu Dubey contacted me and told me he was from the consult department and I told him about the issue I was facing. He told me that the 3 forms were skipped as I had pressed the enter button several times by mistake. He also added that I must purchase a new ID for Rs.3999 which he said was refundable and complete the remaining 3 forms to receive my salary of Rs.21999 which includes the refund. When i asked him if he would pay the salary for the already completed forms if I had no interest of purchasing the new ID, he replied that he would not and that the company gives the free ID only for the first time and from the second time onwards, we had to purchase it. There is neither an option of skipping the forms nor an area that shows the number of skipped forms in their webpage. They had purposely blocked my ID and gave a false reason that i skipped them by mistake to force me to pay for the new ID. He then threatened me that if I refused to pay for the new ID, then the company will take legal action against me as I had signed in the agreement and the company would send a notice of Rs.25000 along with my address (from my 'Aadhar' proof). When I asked him for proof to show the skipped forms, there was no reply from him and he also did not pay for my work. They had promised me the salary several times but, in the end, there is no reply from their side about my salary. I also have text and audio proofs of the above stated information. I also saw consumer complaint of another client of theirs who had also been cheated in the same way and when I asked them about the complaint filed, they said it was not their client but she has clearly mentioned the company name and the details of the job they provide. Please take legal action against them and help me to get the payment for my work. He had waited till 6 days to put me into the trap by sending a mail (on[protected] it is legal notice to pay money or step into the court. Kindly take action against him for illegal, harassment, false promising cases.

Through QUIKER i found a job about data entry. I applied for it and i got message on WhatsApp from a lady From GTECH WEB INDIA she says so. She sent me all terms and conditions of the job and asked me if I was interested i said yes. The job was to fill 600 forms in 6days and 7th day I'll get my salary of 18, 000. She used to chat with me only on WhatsApp and used to sent me voice mails to explain the terms and conditions. On 9th Feb 2023 i told her that am interested she told me that I'll receive and OTP. And then she texted me back on 10th but I replied on 11th. On that day I started the job. I filled 339 forms till Feb 14th. Suddenly on 15th night the server got Blocked do i texted the lady, she told me that she'll inform the company after me telling my problem. But before telling my problem to her, i got another msg frm another number, where it was a man telling me that My account got blocked because the number of login and logout were not equal and i have 2 options. To unclock it i need to pay 4k and then after that I can do my work and the next day with salary they'll pay me money. Another option was that where I need to pay 4k and take NOC also take the amount of salary to 339 forms with 4k and leave the job. I didn't pay because yes it was written in the agreement as well as terms and conditions but It was never mentioned by the lady who told me about the job in any voice mails or WhatsApp calls
Both the number were not reachable when I tried to do normal call, it was only reachable in WhatsApp
This happened on 15th February. Today again on 16th February another number messaged me saying they are filing a case against me and sent me texts. Please help me in this problem
