I bought a Guess purse on the cruise line Regent. When I got it out to use it, it was all peeled. I couldn’t use it. I had to throw it out. I always thought Guess was a good product.

It is so disappointing with the guess bags. I have hardly used my guess bag and the leather got pealed of without using . I I have spend around 300 euros for this guess tote bag. I want to this issue to get resolved as soon as possible.

My husband gifted me a guess clutch, the leather of the clutch came out with in 2-3 uses…
It looks very bad not even in a condition to carry it anywhere…
My husband bought it from shopper’s stop… and feel very bad that original brand products getting bad like local one…
The products are so expensive one and branded still not working very well..
Just consider my complain replace it or refund my amount as soon as possible…..

out of fresh stock for 11, 000 approximately from Shoppers Shop, MBD MALL, Jalandhar
I kept it safely and used only 3-4 times on certain occasions, but it started peeling of.
This is really disheartening and shaken my trust on Guess brand.

Hi I have bought guess hand bag in November 2021 from Gladiator showroom Panchkula and hand bag is rarely used for parties but I have seen that my expensive purse’s handle is deattached and broken.
Poor quality at high price. Please look into this and replace my hand bag..

I purchased a bag from Pune pheonix mall worth 8k last month and now the bags handle material started coming out so soon in a very less use also no contact no. To contact the store also.

I bought 2 handbag from a mall in Bangalore 4 years back and both the bags edges have ripped off from the edges and the handles making the bags in not usable condition.

Guess "Logo tape zip fastening sweatshirt" and pants. So bad quality wearimg fourth time and doesnt look in good quality anymore. So many bubbles, and scratches. Looks like I am wearing a year already. Also sweating so much.

I bought a new pair of sandals from guess. I bought this because I liked the design n guess is a renowned brand. But I wasn’t aware that this sandal wouldn’t be comfortable at all. Very much disappointed with the product.

I thought if you pay a decent amount on a handbag you will get a good quality product that will last you for years, but I was so wrong! A specially not with Guess!

On the 15.03.2019 I bought two handbags from Guess Factory Rustenburg and I got a zip purse free, that days promotion! Their electricity was off so I was given a written tax invoice which off the number is 216635.

The black handbag I used only one day when I realised it’s to small, so then I started using the other bag that I’ve been using every single day since then! However to use Guess handbag every day seem to be a big mistake because it’s the worst quality every and I personally don’t think it’s a handbag that will last for years! No way!

The bag I am using bottom is starting to throne and I promise you if I pull the thread the bottom is going to pull apart from the rest of the handbag!

I am discussed to say the least!

I want my money back so that I can invest in any other brand than Guess because I think you pay for the name and not the quality!

I bought a ladies guess handbag in August, i have used it just thrice and it has started peeling off from 3 to 4 places. Is it the kind of quality Guess sells??

It is very disappointing as we pay so much money buying a good brand bag and this is what we get.

I need a refund for the same.

I bought a tan handbag from guess, pune in november 2017 worth 12k.in a month the handles of the bag are damaged. There is no way i can use it with the handles nearly coming off. All the stores in pune are permanently closed suddenly. Even the malls are not ready to send it to guess store for repair. I have written emails to guess cc but to no reply. Its been almost a year with no solution to my issue

I have a guess bag brought from london from an exclusive showroom... But i am greatly dissapointed as d leatther at d edging started peeling nd now d front portion from where we snap d bag d edges strted to come out resulting in making d bag useless... I never expected such poor quality and fabrication of d bag... Even mediocre companies selling dere bags within 5000 give better qualty nd hav a proper channel thru which they sort out their customers grieviances...

I bought a guess leather handbag from edgar’s menlyn in pretoria, south africa a few years ago. The bag has not been frequently used and was stored in my wardrobe with all my other bags. The last year i used it was in 2016 and started using it again 17 february 2018. The leather is peeling off in the body of the handbag and around the zip area.

I want to know if this is replaceable or fixable by guess. I am extremely unhappy because i thought i was buying a good quality product and good brand.

My sister gifted me this bag on my birthday but I m really disappointed with the product... I have been using guess products but this the first time that I have to face quality issue... I have never used this bag once but u can see the condition as I m sending u the pic ... pls help me out...it would be really kind o[censored] if you issue me gift voucher of the same value... waiting for your response..

Hi, this is really ridiculous but to bring it to your knowledge i am a guess watch lover and have bought a guess watch model no. Wi5072l2 on aug 2015 which gave me a 2 year warranty. But to my horror the watch stopped working on april 2016. I gave it for repair on aug 2016 as i didn't get the time to give it immediately. I received back the watch on oct 2016 which is after 2 months from giving it to them for repair as they claimed to have sent the watch to guess store where the entire mechanism of the watch will be replaced. But to my despair, the watch stopped working again on nov 2016. This is really sad as we shell out our hard earned money on such luxurious products depending on solely on their brand value. And this is what we receive as their horrible product and service.
I would kindly request guess to replace the product as soon as possible or if this is not possible kindly refund my money as i would definitely not opt to repair the same as it has been done once with horrible experience.

Myself and my husband both bought a pair of guess jeans last year, i am not one to spend that type of money on a brand name, but my husband treated me and off we both wen with our new jeans.
A couple of months later my husband's jeans tore and now mine have also torn this year, you would think that for the price that you pay for the brand name, the item would last you at least a good couple of years.
I might as well have bought a cheap pair at a no name store, i am sure it would have lasted longer.

I am very disappointed and cannot even see where you can get a response, as i have been through most of these comments, but it doesn't seem like anything gets done and these companies just keep getting away with ripping people off!!!

It is so disappointing to buy guess bags... hardly used guess bags rs 14000/- and rs 8000/- the leather got pealed of. and had given the same to pladium mall for repair in lower parel. more then 2 months now and the manger there name miss avral is so casual tha it has been submitted to local vendor we have no idea when it will be repaired.
This is such not acceptable.
Uch fake lathers are used buying original brands as well.
Do u thing going forward we should ever buy guess.. no no from my end.
I would really want to talk to hod of the department as people sitting are so unprofessional to deal with.
This is not acceptable.

Can somebody look into this matter and get me an answer.

I have recently purchase on Feb 2016 a guess ladies handbag costing rs 7499/-
After using it for a while all the material cum lather got peal off from all the sides off the handbag, This type of quality is not expect able from a brand GUESS, Its only 6 months from the purchase it got completely useless.
Kindly lookinto the matter and do the needful.

I purchased 2pairs of sales jeans at the guess store in victoria square belfast. When i brought them up to the cash desk to purchase then not once did the sales advisor tell me that i could not return these jeans as they are sale. Once they had my money i asked can i get a refund and she told me no. As i was only out of work and like to try on at home. I was not happy with this at all.
There was no signs up to say what a consumers rights are.
I called in today to speak to the manager and she told me that i could have an exchange or credit note.
This is not very good customer service. I paid for these jeans out of my hard earnes wages to find out i can't have a refund now. I am down £92 now.
There is nothing else i can see with in the store that i want.
I am very unhappy with this.

1. Staff should always advise customers of the returns policy before they pay for their goods.

2. There should always have signage up to show the returns policy.

I am totally disgussed at the non respect that guess have for their customers.

I bought trainers from Westfield Stratford Mall, i am very disapointed because i wear them 3 times and are damaged all ready, on the sides are broken and scratch .I want to claim my money back i am very unsitesfided. The quality it's "rabish".I can't believe that .The price for shoes was £80...but for what??It's someone who know, it's possible?Thank you!

I had bought a Guess handbag from Pacific Mall Guess showroom worth Rs. 10, 000 a year ago. After few months o[censored]se I faced the following problems with the product:
1. The silver metal attached everywhere on the bag, for example zip, handle rings etc. got faded and turned into copper color where ever it is having some abrasion.
2. the upper skin of the bag is coming out again from the places where it rubs against the zip or some other metal attached on the bag

Bought a pair of sunglasses from Lifestyle store in Ambience. The frame got dismantled on its own in the car from the hinges ( probably due to heat as the poor quality could not stand it)

When I gave it to Lifestyle store to fix it, the untrained people tried to do it on their own and probably damaged the same even further. Then they sent it to the so called company - Raunaq Optik India Pvt Ltd based at Kolkatta - who refused to repair or exchange it

And now the so called brands have nothing to offer in terms of either exchanging the sub quality product or replacing it. Feel should have bought a local pair - at least would not have been bothered for the quality and the price paid for such pathetic quality

The purse that i purchased last year just got chipped... Its no more usable i could not believe its a guess purse.. It has a no. Written which is vg480718/f-60. I would appreciate if the company looks in to this... I thought was buying and gifting someone near to me a guess but it was absolute embarrasement when she showed me the way the bag just chipped off... I would have been better to gift a local leather bag of 5oo rather than spending 5000 on a fake brand like guess... Its a total shame.. The company is not fit to b called a brand anymore

7 months back I bought a guess by Marciano perfume.
I have not used it even a single time and today I saw that my perfume is left with quarter only.
My perfume was leaking from its cap,
And when I called the nearest showroom of guess then they just said that sorry sir we can't help you in this.
I mean why
If your perfume bottle is leaking then your brand should change my bottle or they should have given me the right conclusion.
It was a very bad experience with guess perfumes.

I filed a complain against googles which i purchased from Guess shop in United states. Despite of that complaint it has not been addressed properly. One of the person contacted me from guess but still the issue is unresolved. Now nobody is responding from their side anymore. The complaint is regarding the googles which broke due to the heat. They broke when i kept them in my car in India. I sent the pictures as well and that problem seens to be the issue with the profuct that was used in the side of the googles. I can provide the product too and the receipt as well. This is very didappointing when you buy a branded product and the wuality is inferior. Please contact me asap and help.

I bought a two same wallets on 10th October 2015 from a guess outlet in pacific mall subhash nagar, New Delhi, India and by end of November the color came of from the broach of one of the wallet and from the zipper . Am highly dissapointed with the amount of price am paying and the kind of quality am getiing from such a luxurious brand.
