It’s so hot in the city and there is no air conditioner or air cooler working in the science city...

We visited with family of 3 at science city. They only accept google pay, I do paid via gpay and money deducted successfully from bank but transaction failed at their end, after lots of discussion they told me that it will reverse but as a IT person I know if transaction failed at google pay then only it reverse. I waited for 15 days files many complain at websites but those are useless.

I went today to science city ahmedabad. I withdrew money from ATM for tickets in advanced. But On ticket window, I came to know They only accepts digital payment, No Cash Accepted.
This is really not accepted. No one can deny cash payment. This is out of rule. Please change this rule. It should not be mandatory....

On the 11/10/2021 I booked a ticket for an entry and parking amount of 350 RS. The 350 RS is debited from my credit card but I didn't receive ticket as the any web error. Ticket was of 11/11/2021. I have also send mail to [protected]@gujarat.gov.in but no respond till now.

I have booked 4 tickets in the name of Tushar Chaudhari for entry and aquatics worth rs. 1050 on 9/9/21 at 23:00:44 wherein payment has been deducted from credit card but no tickets were generated. On July 27, 2021, due to technical glitches on part of Science City, Ahmedabad, a transaction amount of INR 2050 was debited but no entry and attractions tickets were issued.
