Gulmarg Gondola Complaints & Reviews

On 13.4.2022 second phase of gondola ride was cancelled due to bad weather but refund is not made even after more than a month. Email complaints are of no use. Their contact numbers do not work. J&K tourism complaint email too is useless. J&K tourism department seems a defunct department. There so many complaints on various forums in this regard but all are falling on dead ears.

We booked the gulmarg gondola tickets through online
For the date of 26/9/2017 for 5 adults
For the two sectors
Rs 3500 & rs 4500
The total of rs 8000 through my credit card, as below

And while we traveled to gulmarg, we understand that the gondola ride was under maintenance. So we are not allowed for the ride
Now its almost more than 3 months, but still we did not receive the refund

Even we sent multiple mails, no proper response for me as a basic

7 gondola tickets were cancelled in july 2017 due to unforseen circumstances in kashmir,
the tickets were cancelled and a confirmation mail was sent from gulmarg gondola website.
but the refund hasn't been received till now.
i have send mails many times to support centre of gulmarg gondola.
the cust. care number is useless as theres a computerised system and no one talks.
i am helpless.

Dear Sir I have booked the tickets with gondola cable car ropeway online for my group on the month of nov but due to devastating flood took places here my group cancel their trip and same cancellation i have forwarded to gulmarg gondola online portal now they are no refunding the amount and charging cancellation charges for those tickets saying that they have forward the payment but same time i check with my ban statement i have no record...
