I did an amc with sai services which closed down. There i was directed to gunaji enterpprises and told that they would be dealing with the amc hence forth. Amc done in 2016 till now only 2services conducted. How to get in touch with these people n get my money back. Need their in use phone number as the one given to me just rings n nobody picks up.

no maintenance in spite of amc done

I have done amc (No. 4820) with your company for gas geyser on 3/9/2016 for a period of 3 years. However no periodically maintenance has been carried out thereafter. While contacting on given phone numbers, some phone numbers are not working. Only 25927395 is working but nobody is bothered to lift the phone for taking a complaint. gas geyser servicing

I had done contract with sai services of gunaji for servicing/repairs of my 3gas geysers. After 6 months of contract they stopped giving service and told servicing shall be stopped unless we replace the coppertank which will be costing rs. 2700 each. There was no leak on the coppertank or it doesn't show signs of overheating.
This is merely the money extracting technique of gunaji. Customer is helpless as he has paid servicing charges in advance. Moreover the staff on telephone ifor receiving complaint is vey ill mannered and doesn't allow customer to to talk and they them selves keep on talking.

AMC for Gas Geyser

M/s. Gunaji Enterprises operate their business from Ground Floor, Uday Sagar Building, Lbs Marg, Mulund West, Mumbai - 400080, Behind Sharan English School .
In the month of April 2017 their representative approached me for Annual Maintenance Contract of the Gas geyser I have installed at my Residence.
After negotiations the Contract was decided for Three years and a cheque (Bank of Baroda, Thane West No 124) for Rs.2800 was handed over to the representative. He promised me that as soon as the cheque is honored the necessary service will be provided.
The cheque was honored on on 11th April 2017, so after giving a margin of 3/4 days I called them to remind for the service to be done for the Gas Geyser. I was told as the person is busy he will be sent within 2/3 days.
Till today, I as I was busy with my official work forgot to remind them for the service.
Today after numerous attempts I could get their phone connected and I got the same reason that service person is busy today too.
Meanwhile I surfed the net for opinion for the same firm. I found a lot number of people have mentioned similar complaints about the firm.
This seems to be systematic crime committed by the firm.
I hereby request you to look into the matter and help people avoid loosing their money.

Only one AC Servc done by Gunaji enterprise for which payment taken for 2 years in advance Very bad Or no service is being given No calls attended Mobile nos and Landline nos are fraud Fraud co Police complaint is in process against the Fraud co Arrest them immediately Matter is being reported in all News papers Most of the people's have been cheated by them What Consumer Forum is taking action against suçh persons even after so many complaints from public ?????? I will report this matter to CBI for investigation

Poor AMC Service

I bought two Onida AC's from Gunaji with 1 Year AMC contract. But since last months no service executives coming for servicing. Everytime their call centre girls call up appointment but their service executives dont turn up at given time. Its been happening since last 6moths

Cheating in sell the Gunaji Products and Poor Service

Sir,
I bought Gas Geyser and Gas Stove from your sales person. At the time of selling both products your sales person told that I will get 5 years warranty and not needs to any service contract.
Gas Stove is not working properly from the first day. I logged complaint to the company continuously, but the service person said that automatic gas stoves always gets off when you will try to sim the gas. There is no solution for the problem. But many people have the automatic gas stove, their gas stoves works properly and doesn't gets off after doing gas on sim.
From last 1 and half month I am frequently calling for the gas geyser and gas stove complaint. But from company there no reply. Every time company asks for service contract even though product is in warranty period. I have done contract in warranty period in warranty but after doing contract company is not giving service. Every time gives some reason for not giving the service. Some times says all service persons are on leave for Ganpati festival, some times says part is not available. Now Ganpati Festival is over but service is not yet given. Next week Navratri will start then again their staff will go on leave.
I am fed up of the company. Company charged Rs.5000 for both the products for service in warranty period. But company is not giving service promptly and properly. Company sold me faulty products.
It is my kind request to solve my problem.

I have also been cheated by this Gunaji. I purchased a kent water filter from them. Later on they pestered us to buy the AMC.
At the time of buying Amc their salesman said the AMC includes replacment of filter once in a year. However after few months when we ask them to replace the filter they are denying that and saying that will cost extra money.
We have been cheated by them.
I will never buy anything from them in future.

Cheating in sale of the product

Complaint about purchase of A/c model of Onida which was duplicated and also very poor performance of the machine.
Several Telephonic reminders also were not helpful in this matter. Our whole matter is described below letter to dealer and company which also has not responded .
Dear Sir,
I have purchased above Onida split A/c from M/s Gunaji Enterprises,
Borivali (East) Mumbai-400080 vith their order no- 8049 dated
29/3/2012.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that performance of above
A/C is not satisfactory in regards to cooling effect is not proper.
After repeated requests to M/s Gunaji Enterprises,
Thier engineer had visited after three weeks and had checked the
condition of A/C, but still the cooling is not proper, moreover sales
executives of M/s Gunaji Enterprises had agreed to enter five years
comprehensive maintenance contract free of cost.
In view of the above i request you to depute your engineer to check
the installation & performanc e of this unit and rectify the defect.
Also confirm that during warranty period who will provide the service

I have purchased gunaji brand gas geysar on 3rd of june, 2014 and on 15th june it stopped heating water, still temperature indication and on indicater were showing.When contacted salesman and customer service department, nobody gave proper response, only my complaint registered. My complaint was attended after three days by your service person, who said only problem is that the batteries are discharged without replacing the batteries and left the place.After this no one from your customer service dept or salesman called me back to take feedback .When i called customer service, they agreed to change discharged batteries with new one i. e.march 2014 batch nippo cell but till today that is 20th june, 2014 no one has turned up. very poor and disgusting service for ac maintenance by m/s gunaji whih sublets contract to third party and pay no heed to customer complaints and not receiving calls dont ever go for gunaji products
I had purchased a Gunaji Gas Geyser in 2014, within one month loud noises started coming from the geyser even when not in use.Despite several complaints the fault has not been rectified. The people from the firm then started phoning me and telling me to take a three years warranty. Accordingly I took a three years warranty on 24/10/15. The saleman told me that the parts would be replaced on Monday.Till today no one has come despite the Cheque for Rs.3000 having being cleared in the name of M/s Sai Services.
Despite several phone calls to the land lines as stated on the bill and to mobile [protected] nothing has been done and no person has visited my residence.
The modus operandi of the persons who receive the call will be to plead ignorance and then say sorry and they will tell you that next day the technician will visit your place. No one will ever come.
My advice is not to trust the said company or its salemen who are trained to fool the public. Not one promise will be kept. Can any one tell me who is the owner of Sai Services located in Prema Niwas, Kasturba Cross Road No.7, Borivli E, Mumbai -66, Tel No. 28084066/28084065.
