I have been duped by the said firm by promising ticket reservation

I received call from [protected] and was assured of reservation for pascim express in 3ac for 3 no's of passengers for date of travel[protected] on[protected]
In morning of[protected] at 09:35hrs i received a call stating that the reservation are to be done for sure and after confirmation a whatsapp number [protected]provided for the details. Accordingly after the person confirmed the tickets the payment was done however the number has been not answered since.

I wanted to book some railway tickets and got their number from the internet. They promised me book the ticket and snd it via email.
I forwarded all the details. Then after few hour they called me and told the ticket was confirmed and that i should send them the money. I was reluctant since he was also not providing me the pnr number so i decided to transfer half the amount. As soon as he recieved the money he blocked me on whats app and google pay as well.
It was 4000rs and i dnt know what to do. Even the google pay number is showing as does not exist.
