Sir please help me... One man called me a said about that you need to clear 1250 at least out of 1400 datas. You need 90% accuracy. You will be got 32500 rs and we will deducted 6700rs from your salary. If you are interested please send your identify card.. I send the voter i'd and i did their 1400 datas within 10 days and i am sure i have accuracy 90%... But their advocate named adv. Minhaz (Gujarat vapi) saying that i don't have accuracy and i need to pay 6700 within 2 hrs.. I will send you a legal notice towards you.. And he harrased me sir.. I am unable to pay that much money.. So when i shared with my friends... They said this is fraud... Sir please help me to recover this.. They saying that.. You will be arrested within 7days...

What will i do sir... Please help me.. Sir... I belong to a poor family sir. Please take an effective action.. Please help me and others who are suffering with the same problem..

Hlll sir i am from jhansi on 7th i got a call from muskan shah and she told me about a data entry job on 1400 form will be provided and i have to complete them in 10 days with 90% accuracy and i don't have to pay any registration fee but 6700 will be deducted from my salary and i case i am unable to complete the work or not attend açcuracy then i have to pay 6700 as registration charge i get interested in work and sad yes she ask for adharr card photo and then send me a link and told me download the app they she told me to sign-up and upload my signature and then she not picked my call or replay my message and on another day i got a agreement stating that it was for 11 month and i have to pay the registration fee for every month 6700
I got scared and not to pay money i start working after six day i have completed 950 form then i got a call from mr fraud she told me she is a service provider and not belong to any company but after some time i got a call from a helpline department 01 and when i cut his call and blocked his number and she called me with another number of mr fraud but she told me that she is a service provider not belong to any company i got a doubt and i search on google and got many complain about gvs technology then i search for company on mca but there is no company of this name now i know that company is fake so i stop working on it to save my valuable time and work but i was really scared of thereting call and notice please help me i will be highly thankful to you please take me out of this
One interesting thing that happened with me is that i got a call from lawyers ajay sharma when i am having a tall with him i asked for company name he told that avi technology is filling a case against me but i have a agreement with gvs technology
I know they all are fake but i want to get out of please help me i will be highly thankful to you

I have joined for work which says to fill 1400 forms with 90% accuracy. And they will pay Rs.25/- per each form. As they quality report was not satisfactory.They have asked me for money of Rs.6, 700/- and after day 2 they raised this amount further by Rs.3, 000/-.Due to continuous threatening calls i paid the total Rs.9, 700/- to them for which they sent me a Phonepe QR code.Now that i noticed from the internet that they are fraudulently inducing people to give money and they are further threatening me for more money. As i am not aware of the same before i paid them the amount. Now i am unable to get my money back.Please help me in this regard.

Hlll i my from yogendra from jhansi on 6th march i got a call from gvs technology (Muskan shah) inform me about a data entry job first she had not told me complete information about the agreement she just tell me three condition i will give in images

By knowing all condition i sad yes than she ask for my adhaar card photo and later she send me a link and ask me to upload my sign digitally i sign on it after that i received agreement with my sign stating that the agreement is valid for 11 months then i tried to call (Muskan shah) but she not picked up my call when i called on helpline number they said it is not our job ask to your executive
Then one call from fraud stating that she is a service provider and she doesn't belong to any company and ask me to get my work done by her but i said no because she is asking for payment in advance on the same day i got call from helpline department 01 i ask for the validity of agreement she said it is for 11 month and i have to pay the registration fee for every month 6700rs i cut the form and blocked his number after few min i got acalled from mr farud she told me not to cut phone and i was really shocked in morning she told me that she did not. Belong to any company and i get to know that the gvs technology is fraud i search and i got many complain about this company then i search on mca where i get to know their is no company name gvs technology in gujarat vapi as mentioned in agreement so i stop working on it now they are calling me asking to pay money or they will fill acomplain in court i am attaching proof with it.

One important thing that i want to share today i got a call from lawyers named (Ajay sharma) when i ask him which company has filled a case against me he told avi technology means he did not know the name of company

I didn't submit wok. But i submit my without any mistake. And i called the helpline but they dont pick my call. The advocate talked harsh towards me. And they said they filed a complaint against me in court. Please sir help me these guys are faurd people...

They gave me online form filling work, 1400 forms within 10 days. I have completed all the forms on the 10th day. When i called them to ask doubt on final submission, they did not answer me. They even did not reply my mail. On the 11th day they called me and told me that i have 150 forms wrong and as per the contract (90% should be accurate) i have to pay 6700 rupees. I told them that i did not submit the forms, but they say that i have to pay for the incompletion of the work. They are now sending the mails and messages that i have to pay the penalty of this otherwise they will file the case. What should i do?

First of all, this is so disturbing when somebody cheat or do fraud on someone. So, on 04/03/2010 i took a home based job from gvs technology, gujarat. That was a form filling work n i need to cmplt that work and submit it on 14/03/2020 at 5:00pm. Honestly, i completed the work before the time, which is at 3:10pm. Then i call that person who offered me the job n assumed me that "there is no prblm with the company, it's a genuine company... No need to worry" n her name is anjali sharma. I told her that i've completed my work, bt i don't know how to submit... Can u help me?? So she told me the process n i didn't it like that way. Bt the pdf is not generating. So again i called her, bt she wasn't responding. Afterward she picked up my call n then i said my problems to her. She said send me the screenshots n let me see what's the problem. I send that n she said that wait for a while the process is going on. After a while again i called her n said the same that is not happening... What should i do now. She said that don't worry ma'am, it's processing is still going on. After that i make call to the helpline no. N said the problems once again n then he said that find out forms, in which some informations r missing from our side. Then i said that it impossible to find only 3 or 4 forms in which there's no name is mentioned or phone number or name. So i said that's our mistake then u look after that. B again i called anjali sharma n told her the whole conversation with that person n she said that no need to worry, let me talk to him. After few minutes i called her bt she wasn't responding as usual then i texted her n then she said that she had a word with him n he said that it's processing. Yesterday again i txt her n asked her, is it done? So she replied that tomorrow it will be resent. This is the overall conversation n i hve the recordings n prfs of every single conversations. Bt today someone call me from the same company, n saying me that i haven't submit the work, i'm lying. So i said the problems again n told her to talk to anjali sharma. She said that we r not suppose to talk to the executives... Is it a joke?? Colleague can't talk to another colleague?? Anyway, she was literally accusing me and shouting on me saying the say. N i got so pissed off that i shout back saying i didn't the work n i[censored] didn't get it that's completely our fault n i'm not going to pay any sort of money for this.
So, plz guys some help me out of it. I'm a student n belong to a poor family. I choose this job so that i can continue my studies and even earn money for my family as well. So what should i do now??

A girl named geet make me a call on 05/03/2020 and inform me about work @ home job. She 1st send me an app via mobile, due to some doubt i said i am not willing to do the work using my moble. So she called me @ 5pm and inform me to work using your laptop and send me the link via gmail (Website : https://ffwork.in/) and i have done the work as per there requirement and submitted on 13/05/2020 on firday, then after 2 day's which is 15/05/2020 sunday they send me a letter via gmail (I have provide the mail details with this complaint). Not only that now they are sending me messages in my mobile, now the messages change as threatening.

The company called me when applied in quikr jobs, they asked me to fill 1400 forms within 10 days, of which 90% should be accurate. When i called them as i had a doubt on final submission on the 10th day, they neither answer nor replied to my mail.

Next day, they told me that i made 150 mistakes so i have to pay rs 6700 as per the agreement. They had told me to write my name and upload as image file, and they states it as my signature. I told them that i am sure that i will not make mistake and i have to check the forms, but they say i have to pay rs 9700 to unlock my email id, which was locked on the 11th day.

Now they send messages and mails to pay the penalty. They are torturing in the name of court and fines.

I don't know what to to. Please help me.

I am siddharth. First i recieved a call from geeta joshi. Then she said we give 1400 forms out of them 1260 must be correct then we give salary 35000 then we cut 6700 as security amount. Then take my signature on digital and with out saying to me they make legal agreement with me up to 11 months. After i calling to them but they aren't response to my call. To cancel agreement. I am mahmood ahmed. They self signed an agreement of form filling.
And give me a task of 1400 forms with 10 days time limit.
I have done his maximum form like1264. I ask 1 day of time but they are aking money to increase time.
But i didn't pay and sumit task..
Now they are asking money (7500) for unlocking mai userid to complete my task. Otherwise they are saying that if i not pay unlock fee then they will ask penalty. And if i will not paying him they will take something legal operation.
I could not understand what should i do now...

I am arpita chaudhuri, from kolkata facing problem for the company, namely gvs technology at gujrat. Recently i have completed the form filling project & successfully submitted within the deadline. Submitted pdf file i am having.
They have done an agreement with me as same as jyoti gupta & others, who are in the same situation like me, the organization has used the same stamp paper for every one. They have also tried to force me to give money 6700/- for clearing the salary, that i denied to pay them.
Next day they have sent me a legal intimation and claimed the same amount, due to the wrong report.in agreement there is clearly mentioned that if the qc report is wrong then i will be bound to pay that amount. So, i was agreed to pay them. When i mailed to legal officer madam (Where from i have received legal intimation) to send me the gvs technology account details, they have sent another company account details. So, as per the agreement i have denied to pay to another account, details given below.
At the same time they have given me lot of threatening & i have received two messages from "br-arbitr — mr/ms. Arpita chaudhuri your internal case[protected] has been listed on 12/03/2020 for legal proceedings. Kindly call on [protected] for further details."
And i have all the phone calls recording & mails. Now, i am sure about the qc report that there is something wrong, as the organization has done the same thing with others, which i have seen consumer forum site. Please read my all mails carefully * legal intimation also.
Yesterday (14/03/2020) i have received a legal notice without any adv.’s signature & license number of adv. Minhaz, b.com. Ll. B.

You have to give me the authentication proof that gvs technology is authorized by gvs solution.. Named unique.. And also you have to give me the confirmation that that amount i will pay you is in account of gvs technology. Immediately after getting this confirmation & proof, then i will pay you.
*not yet received any account details of gvs technology & now, i don’t want to pay them any amount, due to doubtful qc report.
So, my earnest request to you to kindly look in to the matter seriously & immediately.

First they told us that you have more than 90% accuracy now but you have multiple login issue for that i have to pay them a amount of rupees 8, 200 thats a huge amount for me becoz i badly need tht money for my addmission of my wife for her medical case. They told to pay 8200 then within 30mins your salary will be credited but i haven't got any since its day end.
If any one can do any help for me i will be very kind nd obliged my whole life.
