I purchased Amazon shopping vouchers worth INR 7750 on 21st feb 2024.
After multiple phone call with Gyftr they shared vouchers worth INR 6000 on 24th Feb.

GyftR is saying they are not able to send the vouchers on my mobile, I asked them to share on email. I have still not received the voucher.

I had ordered irctc vouchers where I have received 4 pharmeasy vouchers worth Rs 1199. I have raised the above complaint but Giftyr is not ready to cancel the voucher where I know as per RBI they can cancel the unused vouchers as this was not my fault.

Agents Pallabi and Mohit were not at all helpful, they cannot even transfer chat to their supervisor

On 24/10/2023, I have purchased a voucher of which transaction was failed and money got debited from my account. I have called customer service many times but they just asked to wait. It has been more than 1 month my money is not refunded. Please help...

On 24/10/2023 my order was failed for a voucher. Order id is HSB[protected][protected]. I have called gyftr customer service many times, they just asked to wait for auto refund but not received refund till now...

I bought few heathian vouchers worth 1500 from there website since it was saving me around 12% of the money. But the thing is when I use the voucher on the healthian website, it remove the discount that is available on the healthian website which means if I use the voucher, I will be paying more as compared to when I am not using the voucher.

I waited six month to see if there is any way I can use this voucher on the healthian website. But All the healthian products come with a 30% discount and that discount is not available in case you use the voucher.

So basically I lost my 1500 rs by purchasing the Healthian Voucher from GYFTR.

Here is why I think this is a fraud: Since their is no benefit o[censored]sing the voucher why this voucher exist on the GYFTR platform.

I explained the same to the customer care but they doesn't seem to care

I have taken Netmed voucher from Gyftr on 25th July 2023. There was some technical issue on the website due to which transaction got decline thrice. Transaction cancellation details are available with Gyftr team. Suddenly, after 1.5 hrs, I received Netmed voucher from Gyftr. I spoke to them, that I do not require the voucher now, but they are saying it cannot be cancelled back. As per RBI norms, if the amount of gift card is not used then it can be transferred to the source account. Transaction amount : 925 Transaction date: 25/07/2023

I have ordered Amazon gift voucher and received prime membership voucher and that too 6 voucher I have purchased which is of no use for me.please do the needful.

GyFTR issued gift voucher of Rs. 2000 x4=Rs 8000 have received a Big Bazaar Gift Voucher from Indusind Bank but presently all Big Bazar are closed and the said voucher is not in incash or purchase the material.
Already same question raised in Gy FTR many times and he assured that we r doing for the best but presently all voucher are expired.
U r requested kindly solve my problem

I had purchase the times prime voucher for RS.999 through yes cart. After that they had sent expired voucher and I tried to explain the issue with customer care representatives but they didn’t care about and simply shared the link to follow how to redeem. Even though i told that I followed the same procedure but they not at all heard. It’s been more than 5 days but yet to get response from them. Whenever I call the customer care they told that issue will be resolved in 24 hrs on daily basis.
Worst customer service provided and not ready to resolve the customer issue.

I have buy product from GYFTR DTD 22/10/2022 .I have complaint GYFTR.COM dtd 22/10/2022 but not given any product. i have many call customer care but not given any product

I had purchased Jockey Gift Vouchers through Gyftr for ₹1500 and the Vouchers don't seem to work. It's been months now since I raised a complaint and I am tired of following up to get my money back. I have told them to cross verify with Jockey to understand that there was no order placed using the Gift Vouchers. Please take an action ASAP.

Hi I bought vouchers of Gyftr through Indusind Bank of Rs. 10000/- when I open Gyftr website and enter my registered mobile number, then there is an error become Access denied. When I called customer care then didn't provide any resolution about this. Too much bad service of customer care. Firstly they assure you that it will resolve in 24-48 hours. But still same problem. No proper response and guidance.

I booked a complaint[protected] on 6th December 2020 for not able to redeem Bata voucher on bata website. Since then I have not received any update on it. I tried contacting gyftr on call but onky answer I am getting is, Bata is looking in to it and there is no ETA for it.

When I called customer care they r not replying properly. Worst experience .. really need someone to take action on this website. I called customer service more than 10 times no one replying properly they are not giving proper respect also. These kind of website needs to be blocked by government. if anyone can provide escalation contact means it I'll be really helpful

Hi we had redeemed SBI bank points against for westside gift vouchers and have been following up with these guys for the correct pins. They advised us to use the last 6 digits of the voucher code as pins which didnt work. We had to go to the retail outlet multiple times to try these vouchers with the pins they issues but the vouchers always showed errors such as 'incorrect pin', 'insufficient balance' etc. I have all the email communication with them documented.

In the last communication they are conveniently saying the vouchers worth 7K are expired. Apparently, we had to contact Mr venkatesh from the said outlet. But how can we use the vouchers with the wrong pins? They NEVER sent us the correct pins. This seems like some kind of fraud company which is using customers vouchers.

Now they are just saying this issue is closed from their end with no help whatsoever. We have not been advised correctly at all. Can anyone please help?
