After seeing so many ads on social media, i have ordered shoes from their website. Quality of shoes was very poor. Look like shoes were of cheap quality. So i decided to return those shoes. I found out that they don't have any refund policy. For exchange, You need to send them by courier at their mumbai address. As shoes were of really order quality, i asked for clothes in exchange. Clothes were damn expensive and of poor quality.
Seriously hate this website.

They don't provide return policy and don't mention it on product page, i have ordered 2 tshirts and 1 track pant which i didn't like (Quality of fabric and stitches) at all, so called them and asked for refund and they say "we do not have refund policy sir only exchange" if i don't like their product's quality then what will i exchange it for. And they don't even take back the parcel for exchange, you have to courier it to them and all these should be mentioned on their product page but it's not

I had made online transaction of Rs 2348 for buying 2 track pants from the website but instead they delivered only 1 track pant. When I followed up with their customer care ([protected] and [protected]) they refused to attend my complaint many times. Now I requested either deliver the complete order or refund my money.

Please take action against these frauds who are looting Indians' hard earned money.
