haressmetn by recovery agents of hdfc bank personal loan

i have availd a personal loan from hdfc bak at 23% rate. i paid for 2 years regulary and only 100000 rupees werre remaining i have paid toal rs. 2.25 laksh till oct. 2009 to hdfc through ecs.
sir, due to various reasons i could not pay after that oct. 2009, they started using most filthy lang. on land line phones in the day time when i am in my office. they also contacte d me at omy offcie and used most diry gaalis...
