For two of my orders, they have not initiated the refund. For one order delivered on 28 November, 2022, the transaction somehow happened twice for which they were supposed to refund the duplicate transaction amount. For the second order, they delivered broken sunglasses for which obviously I had to return the order. Still the amount is not credited to the account.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The customer service team always gives response like wait for 2-3 days but it's their usual response each time.

My case number is [protected] and my order number is [protected]. It's been over 2 weeks since I haven't got a refund into my account. When I contact their customer service they tell me to wait for 48 hours. I have contacted them 4 times and everytime I get the same message. I received a message that the refund can't be processed in to the card. When I ask them to tell me an alternative they say to wait for 48 hours. Kindly help me resolve this!

I had placed an order on 10th July 2022 and then order number was not generated and money was debit from the account.
Managed somehow contacting call center 00 [protected] and they informed this will be refunded you can replace the order.
That day and today whenever i call them they say wait 4 more day and all.
Such companies should be sued with 10 times fine than originally paid price as they do not have ways to sort such issues.
This is a legal way to harass the customers and gaining profits from their failures.

I ordered a pack of 2 tees combo. Received only one tee out of them. Once the package was delivered and when I found that one tshirt was missing, I tried contacting the customer care. There was so proper response. I either want a refund or the other Tshirt.

On december 6 dec 2020 i tried to place an order on hm.com but while making payment of rs 2999 for a shoe order my money was deducted but the website got hung. My money simply got deducted without my order going through.
