I booked the bulb from flipkart and its works fine for 1 month only then suddenly stopped working. i register complaint through mail but not a single response recieved. i request to all please dont by this brand.

I had purchased Halonix turbo inverter led bulb 12w from Amazon. After 3 month it stopped working. I registered a complaint with halonix for warranty replacement on 17th march 2021 with complaint no: LS[protected]. Still now i didnt receive new bulb. I contacted many times to halonix customer care. They are disconnecting my call.

I raise complain for providing replacement for Halonix Radar B22 LED Bulb Complain no. LW[protected] Dated on 21/10/2020, still last Friday( 04/ Dec/2020) Customer care say we sending replacement today but not sent.
when i call today for status he say your complain close, and new complaint register and still no update for replacement

i want replacement as soon as possible or refund the product amount.
