I had purchased a milton thermo flask before 6 months but it can't work. It's can't maintain temperature.milton company don't giving any response.

I have purchased a milton thermosteel 0.5 litre from a store on 16/12/2020. As per product description it should hold the temperature for upto 24 hours. But my product is not holding the temperature for 2 hours. I sent complaint to their customer care e-mail address on 26/07/2021. But there is no response from their end. After i gave many reminders they didn't give any reply regarding this. Their customer care toll free number also not giving any reply. So please look into it and do the needful.

I have purchase the flask from Amazon it's not working and raised the ticket for the same still replaced product not delivered
People are cheating from last 2 months they will send it today tomorrow and so on..

It is to inform you that the company famous as milton is selling product on multiple mrp.
First of all the mrp is on the box then there is a sticker over the mrp on the box, interestingly there is another sticker over the sticker.

I have informed this matter to the company executive and have a complain registered which the company is unable to answer.

I think there is a huge amount of mrp manipulation in the company, proper legal action must be taken as there is huge number of consumer attached to this matter.

I have thermosteel glassy 1000ml in beige color which i have bought 6 months back from amazon. There are 2 problems
1) i am not able to pour water from it as the lid valve is expanded and it doesn't allow water to come
2) not able to tighten the cup

If it can be replaceable so please tell me or please guide me to buy new spare parts as the bottle is fine as i have bought it 6 months back

I bought a milton thermosteel 1000 flip lid flask on august 2017. Yesterday i stored hot water in that in regular manner but the flip lid gets melts results water wont come from the lid. I confirmed the product under warranty period. I don't know why the best product get corrupts because i have many products from milton this is first bad experience to me i hope you people understand my problem and try to replace the lid as early as possible.
