The fake website who did not realise a occasion of wedding and spoiled it. They took money and don’t give the parcels. Their website should be closed.

I have ordered products on 10 October 2022 and my wedding was on 14 December. I haven’t received my wedding products and it’s month of March going on, still I haven’t received my products.

This handmade website spilled my wedding.

It’s over a month that they have taken my money and are not delivering my product. They are running a very fraud site. Please help me

They take orders and don't provide for COD. Once the payment is done u get no response from there end, they don't reply to WhatsApp messages nor do they receive calls. You cannot reach them easily.
Bunch of ### running a page which people should unfollow asap.

This website is such a horrible one that hasn’t delivered product for 2 months now. I have been calling them literally everyday begging for my product delivery mostly they don’t pickup or even if they pickup they say they will dispatch in 72 hours but it’s not even dispatched

I have ordered a dress on 9th may and paid 151 rupees but it’s still not delivered nor I am getting any updates on email or on Instagram handle, though stories are getting posted daily on their page. Have attached screenshot of order confirmation also. They are a scam

There customer care support is very bad, I placed one order for my friend as a surprise gift (Different City location) at his office, but my friend informed not to send anything to that location as he no longer work there. And as the gifts are quite private he asked not to share at home or his new work place, so I asked them to cancel the order, first they said its not possible then they said they will check and inform. No calls after that from them and and whenever I call I get a busy lines (which didn't happen earlier before). On WhatsApp also they keep me on seen. Before placing orders they call all time to ask why we kept products on cart and didn't place the order. Either they are Fraud aur don't know how to do business. The customer care People are DUMB, don't know how to response or they purposely ignore.

In instagram you show dresses just at rupees 1 but in your site we couldn't find that this is highly relevant

They are fraud. Its been one month I haven't received any information or the product.

I have placed an order on March 18th, 2022. I haven't received any mail from them regarding tracking or any shipped details so far. When I called the team they are saying it takes 8 to 20 days to deliver. It's an unstitched saree why should it take that much time? and before placing the order they haven't mentioned it on any of their websites or social media. I am very disappinted. Help me to solve this issue.

I ordered a saree on March 15 and paid 350 for the saree and 150 for delivery totally 500.
Before ordering I called them they received my call but after ordering no one responded. So what m I supposed to do not responding for any mails and calls....

I have placed an order on 5th September 2021 today is 6th October 2021, They do not respond properly, and still, someone replied only saying will update you soon.

Have no idea when am I going to receive the order.

And the order status still shows "placed" only from 5th September till today.

I have raised a concern to have an update on the order on 25th September - then 30th September then on 5th October but there is no proper response from them atall .
