I had booked 3round trip tickets through Happyeasygo website on 20th Feb 2020. Flight was cancelled as the mail was received from airline and same was shared to them on 28th March 2020. flight details and Trip ID no. has been attached for ref. i have also contacted the airline team and the team has provided me Case ID for the same for full refund. But even after that i am receiving a mail from the Happyeasygo Team "refund is not possible"....

Please do not book any tickets with happpyeasygo.com, these people show a lower charge and when you confirm the payments, they levied rs.940/- as convenience charge for 2 return tickets from delhi - nagpur - delhi. I sent the feedback asking for such a high charge and they have not bothered to reply or acknowledge this query. The govt. Has levied a max of rs.150/- per booking as convenience charge (To the best of my understanding) and these...

I have made my booking on 14th Dec.They had cancelled my booking stating the info in the site is showing wrong and the money will be refund in 7-14 days but still I have not received any amount to my account.I tried calling many times I didn't get any response from them.I Even written mail to them but no use.my order I'd is[protected].

I had booki, an air ticket no.098-[protected] in air india flight ai-821 for air journey from delhi to jammu on 19/03/18 vide pnr no. Hlcz4 dated 14/04/18 against ticket id [protected] in favour of shri kuldeep dhar, ig (Rt) crpf.

The above ticket was cancelled vide reference no. Bug xxcd on 16/03/18 at 1130 hrs by air india office due to postponement of tour programme. Though the 12 days have been passed but the air fare...
