Stolen ladies cosmetics and refuse refund.
We have shifted from Bangalore 19.08.2023 to Delhi. And we recieved our items on 4.09.2023. At the time o[censored]nloading we have found many items damage. Like cooler, fridge, sofa, table, stan etc. We ask the banglore guy umed wo sent our items so, they less some rupee but after the delivery when we checked our item we found ladies cosmetics item are stolen like Purse, Nailpolish, other makeup items etc. Which cost around 9000 rupee. We again ask banglore guy umed but he refused to pay us. This is proper fraud they stolen items which inside the box. This is very poor service form Happy packers and Movers. They are theif. They stolen ladies cosmetics items. They banglore Guy number is [protected]. They also not take receiving at the time of handover in delhi. But showing fake receiving which handwriting is not mine. Kindly, take it on urgent basis and reimburse my Loss.

Complaint marked as Resolved Today, 25 September 2023 they reimburse some amount of my Loss (4000 rupee ). The guy umed called us at morning 8095500088 and said that I reimburse some amount and resolved the issue. So, Please close the complaint.

Guy's don't trust on these positive because all the positives reviews are absolutely fake by Happy Packers & Movers and they wrote these reviews by them self.

I had shifted my household goods through happy packers and movers to relocate from pune to jaipur. My mostly goods has been badly damage. 3 cartoon boxes is still missing. My led tv is damage and will not be able to repair. I lost more 45k and paid for an insurance also but they haven't given me any policy. Now they are not responding and not attending my call i need justice.

My husband was working in a Switzerland past 3 years, me and my son need to relocate From Chinchwad Maharashtra there for staying permanently. As I have to manage everything alone, so I hired Happy Packers pvt.ltd for packing and moving service. I chose them because I have heard lot of positive things about their services. Goods were delivered safely to my new destination in Switzerland except few of the fragile items which was quite acceptable in such long distance relocation. The thing which let me down was delay in delivery. Yes, my goods delivered one day late which was against your commitment.
These all 5 star rating is fake. These guy are posting fake reviews. Never trust on these positive reviews. They had damage my so many items very badly. This Ram niwas (owner) is posting reviews every day in a different different website. NOT RECOMMEND. DON'T TRY THIS COMPANY.

Happy Packers and Movers were professional polite courteous and most importantly they were patient with me they moved all of my belongings from Bangalore to Chennai without damage on time as agreed I couldn't ask for better service thank you very much
It was a pleasure talking to the team who have great domain knowledge in house shifting, and more importantly they have demonstrated their customer focus by walking the normal call of duty much beyond my expectations.Thank you for providing such an awesome service.I recommend Happy packers and movers pvt Ltd to everyone who wants to have a hassle free house shifting experience when moving from one place to the other. Relocate my household things within the city. They came on time packed everything they didn't miss even a single thing and load it safely. I am very happy because while unloading they helped to arrange the things. I paid 15000 for the service and I am happy with the service.
Had our shifting of home with Naveen's team last week ( local shifting ).
Overall, the experience was good. the crew were almost punctual in arriving at the spot. packing was done super fast.. Well organized. Also the Cost is reasonable...
However, they were not great at packing fragile/important goods. I had my cot ( which can be disassembled) arrived at the destination with multiple
visible scratches on it.
Other household items were arrived safely without any damages.
Overall, the services are very good. One area where they can improve is the Proper packing of goods.

Really impressed with quick& effective service of Happy packers and movers Private Limited .They delivered all my household goods in a safe condition. The kind of packing they used was excellent and it ensures that goods are not damaged while in transit

There is only one area where they can improve is " Their team who pack and unpack the material, they are very rigid and inexperienced.
Although my all luggage was perfect fine because I was closly involved in packing"
