I ordered wooden stand in Nov and paid amount online. Till now there us no news. They are not replying over email and chat is disabled

I have ordered a brass lamp from haristore.com
Payment made online
Haven't received any information post order placement
Not able to reach through email/call

I gave order worth Rs6800 on 29/7/2022.
Till now not delivered, no response to customer care number( [protected]), I requested refund through mail ([protected]@haristore.com) he said he will do refund but till now not refunded my money.

By using God's name they are doing fraud.. pls help me, it is a big amount for me.

₹ 1116 was paid on 31/08/2022 for 3 numbers of ghee battis. haristorea.com just replies saying we will send the courier for the last 15 days but not sent goods. Please send goods or refund the money. Screenshot of payment attached for reference

I have ordered wood craving with order no:23192, I have ordered on 11 Aug, no contact with the store people, no response from those people, unable to cancel the order and I paid full amount online 10999. No refund or received product

I placed an order 20 days back, noone is answering the calls also order is not delivered

I have placed an online order on 06th November 2021 for " Layered LED Frame With Chanting / Lord Venkateswara Light Frame / New Design × 1 " ( Purchase confirmation number : HS17537 ).

This is an online order to be delivered at the specified address and the seller has also collected shipping charges.

This order has not be fulfilled and followed up a few times in past 6 months.

Kindly help me for processing the full refund with interest for the inconvenience caused.
