I ordered a smps in hatchnhack website...they sent me a faulty one...then i placed for a refund...the faulty item was sent back to the owner... But they didn't give any refund to me...they didn't reply if I emailed or messaged them...

I Ordered some electronics components through hatchnhack.com at 26/10/2022. But after 3 days still they did not shipped my product and not available to view my order and not receive an email. My order id is 51977...
