This company has no response system at all. Their customer service is very bad. They haven’t delivered the product for my prepaid order. Never buying from this chart company again

They have cheated me by not delivering my product after I have made the payment and also for another product they dint not provide a return a
Nd refund . This is very bad company with pathetic customer service . They do not resing to your emails even after sending multiple emails . Their contact No is not reachable either . Never going to order anything from this bad company anymore

I ordered few bedsheets and in that two bedsheets I wanted to return along with one to exchange. I communicate them via WhatsApp and called them many times but still after a month I couldn't get any satisfactory revert.
Today they are denying to accept my request for return and to refund for same.
I couldn't understand after several calls and several texts my request wasn't solve.
This is totally harassment and cheat.
