I had placed an order on the website - haute24.com on 1st Dec 23. Order ID - 20431. I have tried multiple times to know the status of the order via calls, mails, messages but to no avail.

Its been 4 months now and there has been no delivery, no update. It is a complete fraud website, please do not shop from it - it is just a complete waste of money and time.

I have placed 3 orders with them in the past 6 months .. the oldest being in October and the latest in January 2024… they have failed in delivering the items and no one has been responding to my complaints on any of the provided portals and WhatsApp numbers … I would either want my products to be delivered asap or the entire money of the three orders refunded with interest amount for the same . The order numbers are :

My order no 33933 was suppose to be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks it been 10 weeks now no.produ t was delivered and refund. As they do is lie that it's been shipped
And now they have even stopped responding to calls and texts

Hi, I placed an order with id #23583 on 22/8/21 for which I paid an huge amount of Rs 21850/-. It has already been two months and I've not received it. I ve been told by their executives to wait . Most of the times my calls are not even entertained. I would like to get a full refund of my payment....

I have recieved a first copy mk bag and with no dustbag and tags.. I have been trying to get a refund but they are not willing too...
Now I am stuck with a fake after spending nearly 15000... Please help me get my money back...

At haute24 I had placed an order of Louis Vuitton belt amounting to ₹37, 950 on March 24th
Since then I have been trying to contact them but they don’t have a valid email available!!
So I contacted on the watsapp help number.
I have attached the screenshot of same.
That person didn’t update me at all and they have kept my money since March with zero revert.
