Hauz Khas Village Parking Complaints & Reviews

The people at hauz khas village parking are still charging people 200 to 300 rs for 1 to 2 hours, this issue is always overlooked and its a sad thing to see that putting hundreds of complaints there is still no effect they still are looting people and they talk to everyone very rudely while using obscene language. The SDMC do nothing for the case.

The goons at the parking collected Rs. 250 for parking for 1.5 hours from me. Stating Rs. 100 as entry charges and Rs. 150 for parking fee. They donot provide any receipt, nor do they talk in a proper manner. The delhi police cars are parked right inside where they just sit idle and do nothing to help people and let these goons rip off innocent citizens.
Please do something. There are ample number of complaints

Yesterday I have visited Hauz khas village and person ask to pay 180 for 1 hour and 10 min of parking even without payment of any receipts furthermore there is no board for parking charges at any place in the parking either at enterence, parking premises or existence. Moreover one PCR van is always park there who don't also stop them to charge that amount. If sdmc charges are rs. 20 per hour then how they are charging that high amount. In which there is no facilities in the parking

There is a iilegal parking charge in hauz khas village and parking staff was so rude and misbehave to customer about the parking charges they charges 4 times double amount of two wheeler.

I would love to bring to your kind notice about a horrific incident which happened today at Haus Khas Village. Three parking instructors firstly were charging us under the previous old receipts and thus when we questioned them about the same, we were regarded with guanda raj where a parking instructor namely Jigender along with others stated pushing and abusing us and even threatened us.
Jigender even stated to do whatever one wants since he stated to have many connections in Delhi.

People at hauz khas parking are misbehaving and charging flat rs 100 without showing any reciept...seems like gundaraj at heart of delhi...will make hauz khas not so approachable place for the normal people like us ..
Totally unacceptable behaviour..

Parking staff outside Hauz Khas Village is charging wrongly and have been looting people

Yesterday we entered the Parking around 7:00 pm and exited around 8:15 pm these People charged 180 rs saying 100 is the base fare and 40 Rs per hour is charged on the top of it. I don't feel these are right charges and authorities need to take immediate action on this ongoing scam

The parking employee are corrupt and forces us to pay 180 instead of authorised parking fee. Abusing language was used as well by the staff and they tried to loot us.

Kindly take strict action although i know our indian system is lazy and we will die being looted in the country. Please take action

At Hauz Khas village there are men at the parking gate troubling cars asking for a parking fee of hundreds of rupees without proper processing of parking tickets.

There is no signage saying any parking prices. Moreover, when asked to provide proof of our car’s parking timing, the men could not show any legit ticket. They said the number plate was scanned but then showed us some other car number plate on some vague app on his phone which we were not allowed to inspect.

These scam artists should be taken away and proper parking signage with legit prices should be listed at the entrance to avoid such scams to be repeated.

Hello, I'm South Delhi resident and I came to hauz khas Village on 30th November with my wife. I parked my car at the surface level parking area and at the time of exit I noticed parking staff was not wearing mask. I interrupted the staff and told them to wear mask as it a Strick guideline by the Delhi govt else it may impose 2000 rs fine in return on of the staff member said I will not wear and do what you want to do if you want to call police then go ahead I don't care. Seeing the risk as my wife is 7 month pregnant I took the picture of the staff. When I clicked the picture he threatened me and forcefully tried to delete the picture from my phone. Also, he started to shout. He was almost ready to fight and using abusive language.

I request the SDMC monitoring body to take strict action against this staff member so he should realise his mistake.

Parking crew of Hauz khas village is ridiculous they used abusing language also very rude behaviour .
They charged me 160 rs for 2 hours 10 minutes on 4-October-2020.
Please look into this serious issue ASAP.

Today in hauz khas village i was asked for 100 rs an hour for my car parking and i had to pay because their is no other substitute for car parking and when i asked for reciept they denied and gave me this slip which doesn't give any detail. I would like sdmc to take strict acton against it as 100 rs an hour for car parking is not a joke i'm adding a photo of the slip i recieved which again tells nothing but itself is a proof
