Dear Sir/Madam,

I have Already Pay The Amount Ontime Of Rupees 6, 074 Of Loan A/c Number 6172095L. This Error Highly Impact On My Cibil So Please Find The Details And Remove error And Close My Loan A/c Number.

4 days ago they seized me commercial vehicle for delaying in EMI (5Months)
Then we go to their office they say pay whole loan amount then they give back my vehicle
I am ready to pay 5month emi but they want whole amount 24month amount in extra
They warn also that after 28Feb they sold my vehicle
What I do please help

I have a lone of your companey . lone a/c no 11199675. I am resturcture of my lone apply 27/09/2021. But till date no result of my resturcture lone. Why delay resturcture of my lone kindly solved it.

Mr. Radha krishna Sharma called me in the end of may'21 saying he is an employee of hdb finance borivali Mumbai if I am interested in availing a loan from them. As I was in need of funds I accepted their offer & submitted my documents as required. After some days called me saying my loan is sanctioned & made me to transfer 65, 200/- to one Mr. Sumit Yadav's account in 4 times. He was saying on 16th of July'21 my loan amount will be transferred to my account but nothing happened till date. Today he is saying the disbursement of amount will take atleast 1month time. I immediately asked him to cancel all my loan process & return back my amount which I paid towards the same. Now he is saying the cancellation of process will take time & the refund will be on 9th of August'21.
Please do the needful.
