HDFC Bank Fast Tag Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir,

My name is Vinod Yadav, and my car number is MP09CR1947. I traveled from Ujjain to Indore on 08-April-2025. During the journey, I passed through Ninora Toll Plaza at 03:11:03, where ₹35 was deducted. However, I received another message showing a deduction of ₹35 when I passed through Baroli Toll Plaza at 03:51:25.

I would like to understand why ₹35 was deducted twice during a single journey....

I purchased fastag via my HDFC debit card on 5th Nov.'19, but I didnt get my fastag and HDFC Helpline Number is showing always busy or not working, no proper response from their side. very poor service.

its been already 15 days but they said it will be delivered in 7days . no proper communication as well. When i called customer care they said will be dispatched but nothing happened.
I have got my Fast tag wallet id is [protected] on last week but still i have not received my Fast tag.I am trying to reach but always the phone got busy.

I have already raised the customer complaint but i have not received the proper response.

Arrange to send ASAP.
HDFC bank have debit Rs.1000/ from my credit card to recharge the Fast Tag and the same amount is showing in my fast tag wallet but still Toll tax barrier shows black listed .

Please resolve the issue.

It's been 4 days, I'm calling hdfc fast tag around 10 times and they ignore telling in 1 hr money will be credited. They asked mail proof. Now they say 48 hours.

    I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr009710. I had received e email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know why my application is not processed, atleast i'll try another service provider
