HDFC Bank Fast Tag Complaints & Reviews

I purchased fastag via my HDFC debit card on 5th Nov.'19, but I didnt get my fastag and HDFC Helpline Number is showing always busy or not working, no proper response from their side. very poor service.

its been already 15 days but they said it will be delivered in 7days . no proper communication as well. When i called customer care they said will be dispatched but nothing happened....

I applied online for fastag through hdfc fastag program. I made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr009710. I had received e email with the reference number. Since then i have been trying to contact on the toll free number but no one picks up. There are no updates regarding my application/money whatsoever. Let me know why my application is not processed, atleast...
