The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 8066 without my concern on date:23/04/2021. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1299...

I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS- 4854.47 is to be paid for my credit card(card numbered XX4466) to ONE ASSIST PLAN. Ive never used my credit card to pay all this due. I never gave any consent for renewing my card. Ive closed my account in the bank few months back but i am still receiving this message asking me to pay immediately. Ive also filled a form in the bank to deactivate but it failed and the process was stopped. Ive never used...
