Patients stand in the queue for 3 hours, but she comes during working hours and discusses her personal things. This is to inform you that on 31st jan of 2024 my sister was travelling to patna by vehicle and she got motion sickness leading to vomitting of 6 to 8 episodes. My brother took her to one of the nearest hospital named SURYA EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, near Sipara bridge, Indrapuri, patna-20, cont no-[protected].
This hospital is run by quack and even dont have any registration no.
They infuse about one bottle of normal saline to my sister and taking advantage of the situation charged Rupees 10, 000 without providing discharge summary and hospital bill.

I am writing this to inform you regarding the misleading behaviour of PMCH doctor and workers in the emergency ward. I am an educated common man (pursuing a doctorate in the engineering field). I met with a road accident on Saturday dated 23/07/2022 and went to PMCH emergency ward at around 3 pm in afternoon. My left hand fingers were severely injured and there was continuous bleeding from one of my finger (ring finger) since the nail was completely damaged. When I went to an emergency Orthopaedics Doctor (Dr. Rajeev Anand unit’s PG doctor wearing just a t-shirt and casual pant with slippers which was totally against professional ethics I guess), he asked me to wait for few minutes. It had taken him more than half an hour with an old patient came from other hospital (some trident hospital) to diagnose, then another old patient of PMCH was in queue he got some reports to check, I again asked him sir please look after me I am getting pain and bleeding is non stoppable it is fresh case, he told that I am busy with other persons whereas no one was there into his cabin they (PG doctors) were chit chatting themselves. Then it was said he went for a lunch, again after sometime when he arrived I went to his cabin and urged him to see me I am a fresh patient but he said still I am busy with the previous patient, then nearly after 2 hours, he talked to me and prescribed for the X ray for a fresh case.

There in X ray room, I was the second person in queue but suddenly 3 ladies with blue aprons came with 3 different old patients to get their x rays, The worker has given first preference to them and get done their works first whereas I was in the queue before them. Then it was told that they give preference to them those who give money which is a kind of “corruptive act”. I questioned to the worker that why are you doing like this, he rudely said me that we are like this only you can do whatever you want, then I said that I will complaint against you for this then he replied me in egoistic manner by saying you can complain anywhere you want nobody can do him anything (in hindi mera koi kuch bigaad nahi sakta aur ham chalte firte admi ka x-ray nahi lete hai jao tumko kya karna hai jao karlo). Thereafter I went to control room and complaint regarding him they took this issue as lightly ad just made phone call to take his x ray why you are not doing so like that.
Thereafter I have done the x ray and again went to meet doctor he prescribed some medicine and when I told the x ray issue they said that it is an admin problem they can’t anything with that. My question is who will question them to do this corruptive activity going on in so called PMCH emergency ward. There must be some authority who take care of this. It was all my observations made during my treatment and it took me nearly 4-5 hours for emergency case. I am just a common man with no political/influential support, is this the reason for which I have got suffered? Being an educated and responsible citizen I am raising this issue but what about the poor people who come from far distance with critical cases, if they behave in a similar way how can a life could be saved. Therefore I urge you to take care strict action against the culprits especially with x-ray room worker who thinks as if he is the topmost person of PMCH
I hope my words makes some sense and definitely it is a question to the reputation of the PMCH hospital and so called the term “Emergency ward” which took me 5 hours to get checked for a minor injury occurred. I guess this might be some reason due to which it is degrading the ranking of PMCH and reflecting the quality of treatment too.

I would like to bring your kind attention towards the bad conditions of hospitals and medical facilities in my Village.Poor People of my Village are facing lots of Problem, because of lack of medical facilities.In my Village there is no such good hospitals and medical facilities.Hospitals are unable to provide us a good treatment, even they are unable to provide medical facilities to the patient.This problem can be a reason behind a big incident and Private Doctors are asking huge amount from poor people as the government has no such facilities

My mother Smt. Sushila Devi, Sahu Parbatta took treatment at Apollo Orthopaedical and Neurological Rehabilitation Centre, Ajanta Cinema Road, Bhagalpur. Dr. Satish Kumar with Reg no.10301 had treated her and paid Rs 10100/- for this. I am a employee of SBI and get reimbursement of medical cost from office. But during verification by Bank's Medical Officer, it was found that this reg. no. 10301 with name Satish Kumar is not at National Medical Register and therefore the treatment taken is not valid and will not be reimbursed. I have just lost money and also was very dangerous to took treatment from unauthorized doctor. Please help in this as there is only one option of filing FIR is left.

Today i visited sadar hospital, begusarai for vaccination of my baby girl but they said rotavirus vaccine is not available. You have to purchase the vaccine for your baby from outside the hospital. Sir, i request you to at least please arrange necessary vaccines for children in government hospital. As these vaccines are free in other government hospital by the government. So, please take necessary action at your end. It will help a lot.

Icu ward is too much unhealthy for patients. Dr's are not capable for best treatment, the only have higher medical certificate other than knowledge. Most of the patient died because of infection in internal body parts. Infection occurred during the treatment. All people in this hospital are careless. They only want to create money.

Today 16 dec at 0900 hrs my mother reached to sadar hospital buxar with a pregnant lady my family member. When she approached to the avl nusring staff she rudily behaved with my mother and told that she don't have appropriate staff to carry patient to the delivery room. Patient was in severe pain and crying she replied that if we need immediate treatment then go to private clinic. Even nurses told to purchage all each and every medicine, injection and even gloves for delivery from private medical. When i reached to hospital and asked she again rudiliy replied and also told where ever i want i can go for complain. Then i have complaint to dr. Kiran kumar lal. But no action taken by him also. Sir i have a patient who is suffering from dangue and her platlet is decreasing continiouslyi submitted that reports with this complain. Sir she was admitted in pmch, patna on 19/10/2018 in emergency ward and his treatment was processing but today on 23/10/2018 a doctor checked her report and she saw that platlet is only 26000 and she is in serious position but still the doctor said that they had no bed for other patiend so they discharge my patient in that critical condition and advise to go home. I am a 21yrs old woman and had come for mammography test as recommended by my gynecologist for a potential fibroid in breast.
I arrived at hospito india, boring road, patna, bihar at 8 am in the morning to book an appointment for the same as early as possible. They alotted me the time, 9 am and my number was first for the same.
At 9:30 am, when i went to enquire the issue for the delay, they said that no doctor was available and they are arranging for a technician who will conduct the mammography. At 10 am, when we went to enquire yet again at the mammography room itself, the concerned technician wasn't ready to listen to our requests and went on doing her other tasks. Then we went to the staff at the number booking counter, we kept on requesting but all he said that it's not my problem now that the technician is not listening. I can't do anything.

Now it's a matter of grave concern that after depositing the req sum of 1500/- absolutely nothing was being done about it and no one was ready to pay attention to our requests.

Yesterday night i was suffering from extreme stomach ache and so i went to anita nursing home to take injection required in such cases. The hospital authority there asked me to consult a doctor for which they charged me 500rs. After this the doctor there asked me irrelevant questions. I being a girl hardly of age 21, i really felt that the questions were on my character. After that they asked me to get admitted, yes to get admitted for a simple problem of indigestion. When protested against this they denied me to give any medical care in the name that they do not have drugs available. This hospital authority is really a greedy one having no concern about their patient's health. As a result of this i have to return home in this condition as well. There is a particular person named dinesh who i think is the person solely responsible for this, i think he is the manager there. I really want that the bihar government take some strict step against this and if this is done as a youngster of bihar i will really appreciate nitish kumar's government. Dinesh was totally corrupt mixed with the doctors and nurses over there. I was in extreme pain whivh was due to indigestion as declared by the so called doctor there as well and for this they asked me to be admitted for which they were charging extra admission fee. I am attaching the prosecution with my complaint in which people can see the level of greed they posses. I don't believe that hippocratic oath is of any use in such hospitals.

My wife had visited diagnostic centre for check up after prescribed by my doctor (For checking the condition of fallopian tube). All the test was done by one supporting staff (Maid and one little girl for assistance). Doctor was not present at the site. This is normal in that diagnostic centre, never ever doctor use to come and all check ups are performed by untrained staffs. Doctor to which centre is approved is practising some where else and only coming for signing the report. Staffs are also using cell phones to talk with there family while working and having very unprofessional behaviour. Request you to do random visit of site as a patient and caught them red handedly and terminate there license.

Doctor taskin azmi dentist, allways absent from his duty in comunity health center nardiganj, dist nawada, state bihar.
Even when present not a single tooth extraction done by him in his entire 5 year service.
Staff of hospital unofficaily telling that he give money to medical officer incharge of that hospital.
Cause after many complain medical officer incharge not taking any action againt him.

और बिना केस समाप्त हुए बिना आदेश का उसी फर्जी डिग्री के सहारे 5 तारिक से किलिनिक खोलना चालू कर दिया I
इससे तो ये जाहिर हुआ और होता हे एक नन मेट्रिक और बिना मेडिकल का पढाई किया हुआ कोई भी चाहे तो फर्जी डिग्री लेकर .
क्लिनिक खोलकर खुलेआम डॉक्टरी कर सकता हे

Dr. Sharika roy, (Obs & gynae.), shivam hospital, kankarbagh patna prescribed wrong medicines to me. It was confirmed after adverse effects of medicine and through another doctor's consultation.
The test reports showed cyst in ovary whereas she had given medicines for liver and kidney ailments. My condition detoriated with severe pain and diarrhoea after taking those medicines and i had to consult another doctor very soon or else i would have died.

Before complaining i would like to say i[censored] cant take any positive action kindly dont involve me more in this politics. Let me start my journey with my appointment myself m. Sc. Nursing in obg dept. I was appointed as a staff nurse by bssc in jlnmch, bhagalpur. By seeing my higher qualification, respected superintendent sir deputed me to gnm school as juniour sister tutor, and made me the incharge of school. I delivered my duty with hardwork, punctuality, dedication. Deliverd all the duty as same as a principal.
My question is when i can deliever all the duties of a principal. Then why i couldnot become a part of their practical examination. It was told to me that being a staff nurse i couldnt b their examiner in practicals. I ask the system when a b. Sc can become a examiner, just because she was appointed as a sister tutor. Y cant a m. Sc. Can become examiner. Just because i was appointed as a staff nurse, decides this. My qualification doesnt matter.
As u know bihar is v back in nursing field. If this kind of system continues, future will b also the same.

SINGH etc...at Nahar Chock are opened nursing home at their residences and admit patients and charges high amounts BUT THEY NEVER GIVES THE BILLS AND DISCHARGE SUMMARY IF PATIENTS OR HIS/HER RELATIVES ASK. They only take money ...I SURE ALL THESE DOCTORS DOESN'T SHOWS THEIR INCOMES AND HAVING LARGER AMOUNTS OF BLACK MONEY.
The government should must take some action and MAKE THE RULE FOR TRANSACTIONS MUST BE DONE BY ONLY ONLINE/CARD SWIPING TO THEIR ACCOUNTS AT ALL DOCTORS PVT. CLINICS AND GIVE PROPER BILLS IF PATIENTS NEED.
From last 3 days so many serious patients are helpless due to their behaves they don't accept 1000 and 500 Rs. Notes.
So IT IS REQUESTED TO YOU FOR PLEASE MAKE THE RULES FOR DOCTORS FOR TAKE PAYMENT BY ONLY ONLINE MODES.

Subject - Responsible authority Health Department of Bihar being negligence regarding complaint of First Aid Center of Mirdaul village .

The first aid center/hospital of Mirdaul village, which was made by government authority before 10 years. That is near by 100 meter away from our home place at ward no – 04. As of my knowledge, till now, we not found any one doctor/medicine. Every time there is a found goat and buffalo strips. Also, we would like inform you that there are only stand one big building without window and door. There are only government property has been destroyed by responsible authority.

We have been attached some photograph of First Aid Center of Mirdaul village that is showing negligencew of health department Bihar Patana. In this regards health department had informed through Dy Cm Pg Cell online complaint no –[protected],[protected] Chief Minister Pg cell id no 99999-[protected], 99999-[protected], 99999-[protected]. And Bihar State Health Society also informed through online complaint no[protected],[protected].

But all the Public Grievances Redress Mechanism of Bihar being act as a messenger it only sent our complain to concern department but it did not monitored to find out whether the problem is actually solved or not.

In regards our complaint, everyone was trying to show me the door to each other, the solution did not tell anyone.

Moreover, after exhausting all the way, then fielded complaint for you. But if you people will be turned down; the people will lose the confidence in the democracy.

Therefore, I hereby requested you to look into the matter and kindly take appropriate step against Health Department of Bihar, so that our problem will be solve over soon.
