Customer support response is hopeless .They claim warranty for the spare parts just to cheat customers .They took one month and updated stocks are not available for the LCD screen. Please don't fell into the trap of this junk treadmill from this company. By chance you get a working treadmill, its fine otherwise have to throw to garbage.

Got the below reply from Heathgenie about the LCD display out of stock .From one month following with this customer support team and they do not have sense to update the customer on time .Even the complaint ticket is closed even without the acknowledgement of the customer. If it would have been resolved by Amazon by second time replacement, then what was the reason for raising complaint on Heathgenie. Regretting the healthgenie treadmill purchase by spending huge money and getting pathetic service.

"We would like to inform you that if you had received the machine that has different display than previous one then you should have get it replaced from the Amazon within the return period. For now, the display is not available in our stocks. Although, your machine is working absolutely fine therefore, we request you to please use the machine without any hesitation. Actually I have purchased a weight machine from Flipkart of this company. After 5 month and six time use it has stopped working properly. As it is under warranty I have contacted to customer support of this company by email and also telephonic and given all invoice video of problem and others. After that they told by email and I came to know that I have to send it to there company by courier which is cost approximately 300 with orginal package and after that again I have to pay there courier cost when they will send it to me. So it will cost more than 600 . This same product rate is now 650 in Flipkart. Is this a joke I have invested my money time which I have no fault as it is company fault. They should mention it in warranty section there hidden policy. This is a scam people should know these types of company

Healthgenie is one of the best Healthcare online site. Recently I have purchased Prostar 100% Whey Protein 5.28lb ChocoCream. They give me very good discount. Before placing order I read few review regarding this site that was not ok, so I was very confused is this site is good for purchasing. But surely I can say their customer services are very good.

I ordered a product from www.healthgenie.in, by paying Rs1581 to healthgenie.in with my debit card.It is a prepaid order:[protected].After taking money, they are saying that they did not have stock.If they do not have stock, they should have tell me before paying.From 15 days they are making excuses, and making me fool that, they had dispatched the product, it will be delivered to u soon.They are not refunding my money back.Their customer care executives are not lifting my calls.My 300 rupees, balance is wasted calling them.They are lying daily, that they already dispatched the order.They are making false commitments and not even refunding my money Rs 1581, already paid to them by citrus pay. I request you to please, tell them to dispatch the order soon or refund my money, if they dont have stock.Tell them to dispatch the order and send me tracking details to my email-id.

It is a fraud company. I placed a order and i got no response till one week when i tracked online my order there was showing no status and even their IVR system is third class. After 10 days i got response that your order is out of stock. Thanx to GOD that i have opted for Cash on delivery. Be cautious about these fraud online websites.,
