Customer support response is hopeless .They claim warranty for the spare parts just to cheat customers .They took one month and updated stocks are not available for the LCD screen. Please don't fell into the trap of this junk treadmill from this company. By chance you get a working treadmill, its fine otherwise have to throw to garbage....

Actually I have purchased a weight machine from Flipkart of this company. After 5 month and six time use it has stopped working properly. As it is under warranty I have contacted to customer support of this company by email and also telephonic and given all invoice video of problem and others. After that they told by email and I came to know that I have to send it to there company by courier which is cost approximately 300 with orginal package...
